Het Hotel als viel ons tegen maar de mensen waren TOP

De mensen in het hotel waren erg behulpzaam en netjes. Je kon ze van alles vragen en hielpen je overal mee.

Cons:

Het is gedateerd. De foto’s komen niet overheen met wat we aangeboden kregen maar we kregen kosteloos een upgrade. De hygiëne in de badkamer liet te wensen over en de wifi was erg slecht. Veel bouwkundige uitdagingen waren opzichtig aanwezig. Het restaurant werd nauwelijks bezocht en dat zag je terug op hun menu kaart. Te weinig vers, geen salades en keuzes

Doen als je lokale cultuur en natuur wilt zien en avontuurlijker bent ingesteld dan luxe resorts.
Pros:

Supervriendelijk personeel, iedereen, van de receptie tot het restaurant, de bell boys, de schoonmaak. Het natuurschoon op de locatie is spectaculair. Het zwembad schoon en met uitzicht op de sawa’s.
De keuken is onovertroffen: heel smakelijk, met zorg en ter plekke klaargemaakt en heel betaalbaar.
De schoonmaak verzorgt ook tours in de omgeving. Wij gingen op een kortdurende wandeltocht met kleine kinderen, dwars door het dorpje (leuk om te zien hoe mensen daar echt wonen), dwars door prachtige sawalandschappen naar een leuke waterval. Een onvergetelijke ervaring.

Cons:

Het hotel is eenvoudig en ietwat verouderd, maar wordt op dit moment gerenoveerd. Niet gegarandeerd warm water. Minder geschikt voor hen die slecht ter been zijn.

Pros:

Bien qu’un hôtel un peu vieillissant, c’est très propre, la salle de bains possède une douche avec de l’eau bien chaude et un jet confortable comparé à d’autres endroits !
Rocky et son staff sont très gentils et serviables !
Très bonnes crêpes à la banane au petit déjeuner !
La grande piscine et le jardin sont au top et bien entretenus!

A relaxing stay at the Nirvana Hotel. The atmosphere was calm yet welcoming, with Rocky taking excellent care of us with humor and energy. We ate very well every evening after our excursions with Awan, our guide, who showed us so many beautiful spots and shared authentic moments with wonderful people. A very good experience for us.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Via het hotel hebben we een gids geboekt die ons ontzettend veel heeft laten zien in Tetebatu, echt een aanrader. Het personeel van het hotel was ook erg heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, met name Rocky!

Pros:

For its location - in the middle of nowhere - it is one of the most modern accommodations I could find; staff was very friendly; the room itself was spacious and modern enough for one person

Cons:

The ceiling in the rooms was full of black spots, I assumed it to be mold, which gives not a very comfortable and safe feeling.

There was no housekeeping, which was ok as I stayed only for two night but it would have been favorable.

האיזור ממש יפה, הרבה טבע. הצוות עשו כל מה שהם יכולים כדי לשפר את השהות.

Cons:

לא נקי, נראה מוזנח. צריך שיפוץ או חידוש דחוף. היו לנו בחדר רעשים של חיות, כנראה חולדות. בשירותים יש פתח החוצה שלא סגור אז נכנסים הרבה חרקים. מחיר יקר והתמורה נמוכה מאוד.
