We took a suite and connecting Deluxe room for kids, there was zero view, just a balcony and a wall in front of it. Also music from its Frazi bar is blaring till 3 am and the windows are not sound proof

The pool does not have railing like staircase to get down
We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool. Being right on the beach was amazing. It's only a short 10 minute walk to the main road of town, which is very handy.
There were lots of mosquitos in our room when we first arrived, but thankfully a plug-in mosquito repellant was provided. The staff informed us that there was a high tea one of the days we stayed, but it didn't seem like anything was going on when we went to check it out.

Your dinning hall very poorly lit —— but the food though quite expensive was good. Hygiene standard of the room very poor. For the facilities your hotel is very expensive compared to similar properties in Goa
Beautiful property and wonderful, helpful staff. The food was very good and service prompt.
Some areas were a bit slippery in the rain and could have used anti-slip mats for the monsoons.

This hotel is more an events hotel and it is perfectly set up for that, we had to check out after four days. Of we had stayed we would have had such a bad holiday. Thankfully the GM could see our view and agreed to a refund. Staff were poor and we ended up staying at the Palm Grove in Ashvem which is lovely
