Great staff, convenient location, all the facilities and service to make you want to come back.
Pros:

La Hacienda was so close to the airport, but a little distance from the main town itself. For our purpose as a stop over prior to, and returning from Rote Island, it was abso;utely perfect.
On our visit, we ventured into the old part of the city, so easy with Grab.
The staff are fantastic, the food was great, and at a resonable price.
The facilities were good, pool great, rooftop bar and dining made it easy due to it's location.
The airport pick up and drop offwas excellent,
They arranged our fast boat tickets, dropped us to the terminal, picked up the tickets, and then escorted us right through to the lounge at the ferry terminal. What a service
The design, craftsmanship and time that has gone into the eclectic nature of the premises was absolutely aweaome.
Thanks to the crew at La Hacienda!

Cons:

For a couple with weary knees, the steps were a bit of a challenge, but, that didn't stop us from ever making the journey to the rooftop bar and restaraunt!

Quirky Stay in Kupang
Pros:

Amazing hotel with loads of character. The architecture is clearly a labour of love, and it's supported by the super friendly staff. The restaurant has a great view of the town (particularly at sunset).

The hotel is about a 15 minute ride by ojek from the centre of the city, but is extremely close to the airport.

Will definitely be back
Pros:

Micheal and staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic, they organised our ferry tickets to Rote and stayed with us till be boarded. Exceptional service. We will definitely be staying there on our return to Kupang.

Endroit kitsch, mais vraiment sympathique.
Bonne litterie, piscine, super roof top avec bar et resto et surtout un personnel qui fait tout pour vous faciliter votre séjour (tickets bateau, transfert aeroport ou port...)

Les chambres sont un peu sombres en journée.

Pros:

Hôtel original dans sa décoration, belle terrasse et restaurant avec un grand choix de plats variés
Les chambres sont grandes et aussi la salle de bain; mais les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas. Emplacement très pratique a quelques minutes de navette de l’aéroport
