Location
Room old and not very clean
Services very unprepared
Restaurant staff not able to speak English
Surprisingly, nothing at all. It's a shit hotel.
the worst hotel in my life, it's like a hell, seriously bad service, no beach even they called them beach hotel, and the most importantly, if you can't speak Indonesian, don't go coz no one understand you in English
Thank you for the stay in Royal Ocean View. The view from the Pool and restaurant is perfect. We enjoyed a stay of 10 days. Very nice and helpful staff and big thanks for everybody!
Rooms are clean, there is hot water. Quite quiet location in overall.
You can rent a motorbike via hotel and it's mandatory due to the remote location.
Internet slow sometimes.
The view was great and the staff were great.
Only on the last night we had hot water, why would you cut a perfect healthy tree near the beach which slows down the erosion near you disappearing beach??? Missing spa facility we were expecting more for the money paid.
It has the most amazing view. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. The food was always good
The WIFI was poor on the day we arrived but got better. So it can be unpredictable.
Food is major problem for foreign tourists, we can't eat stinky Indonesia food, instead continental food should be arranged
Nothing special therein the hotel
Kitchen can make eggs / omlet to order.
Cost of transport from ferry to hotel, arranged by the hotel, was extremely high (same as 24hr car self rental).
You really need to bring your own car, with a full tank, if you intend to enjoy your stay.
Restaurant on site is limited and does not have fresh fish.
There are no other dining options, currently, within walking distance. There are a couple of resorts near by that are under active development so that may change in the next year or two.
Driving to Alun Alun is a little over 30 minutes where fresh fish is very inexpensive and very good. There will be vendors arranged around park as night comes offering Indonesian food as well as fresh caught fish.
Hotel parking is listed as free, however be aware that parking was full while we were there and total space looks to be sufficient ~5 cars at maximum.
Suggest taking the slow (5hr) ferry and bring your own transport, with a full tank. Gas is limited. We took the fast ferry and left the car in Jepara, I would not repeat that.
Note that there are no Grab or Go options on the island.
The room was clean and comfortable. Hot water always available. The view and beach was so beautiful.
The room hasn't window
