Beware: Filthy hotel with Fake Google reviews
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The toilet was filthy (in both the rooms we checked into), swarming with insects and bees.

The bedsheets were stained with lipstick and brown stains. The shower floor was soapy and the balcony floors were sticky. Everything was filthy and cobwebs on the ceilings. It is clear that housekeeping is done only when guests ask for it and not otherwise.

The hotel construction and interiors is of very low quality and it is obvious they don't care- they are just monetising on their location near Nandi hills.

The large suite room had a gap in the balcony through which even an adult could fall 2 floors. We were thankful we hadn't brought our toddler to this sickening hotel.

Avoid like the plague.

The Manager (Punith) was very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

It is small property, highly overrated, inadequate or inefficient/incompetent staff.

Room had a stale smell, sheets had hair and a few stains. There were silver fish crawling out of the sheet and pillows!

The bathroom was well designed and stocked but should have been cleaned better. The Body wash bottle was lying on the floor and was filled with "Body Lotion"!! The chairs in the balcony were broken!

The Breakfast was not good with the slow service and poor staff attitude made it worse.

Pros:

The property had a balcony and is away from the city.

Cons:

There were bugs, the air conditioner was leaking, there wasn’t enough space in the dining area.
