Cons:

Due to a change in the ferry schedule from the Mentawais I hade to extend my booking from 1 to 2 nights. On booking it said that the same room was not available so I had to book another room. Since the hotel was almost empty, this was hard to believe. Furthermore, on booking it was not visible that another booking was created. Due to the lack of internet, I could not cancel the second booking in time. Despite that I stayed longer than planned, the hotel refused the refund of the first booking.

Communication was bad, staff is not helpful, location is also not satisfactory and wifi was not available in my room. Really can not recommend!

Pros:

I had a great stay at Falah Residence Syariah. The location is convenient, not too far from Kota Padang. The room was spacious enough to perform solat comfortably, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, it would be even better if they provided an iron for guests. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Cons:

The only downside was that they didn’t provide an iron for guests, which would have been a helpful addition.

the location is quite far from the airport, supir told us that it located at the outskirt of the city, lot if mosquito, my husband couldnt sleep well..water pressure very low your urine faster than the water pressure there

Pros:

The property had parking and was safe, we even left our bags for 3 days whilst we went on a road trip after
The room was was clean, spacious, comfy bed, curtains and even had hot water

Cons:

There was no hot water so that was quite horrible for myself and my girlfriend there were no soaps to use in the shower and in the basin I wasn't able to wash my face in the basin without hitting my head on the mirror thing. The Wi-Fi was a private network which is unsecure for your phone, we didn't use it
