Pros:

The residence is nice,the room big and clean,bed confortable but I was stunned by the lack of sink in the bathroom !very very strange!we never saw the staff,only the guardian .the structure has a guardian 24h and a private parking for motos and cars.the location is far from the botanic garden but we rented a motorbike in front of the railway station.

Cons:

The lack of sink in bathroom.it was so strange but we were used to it.in the pictures you don t understand that there is no sink.

Pros:

A grand old house, good value for money.
It's quiet, very quiet, the owners and staff are really nice, friendly and helpful.
Beds and pillows are comfortable and clean, bathroom clean, air-conditioning works well.
Location is not too far from city centre and frequent local buses pass a few minutes walk away.
Nice place.

Cons:

no breakfast, not even a cup of coffee, could be served, notwithstanding the spacious kitchen in the facility. No sink in the bathroom; No splash of hot water (shower). No top sheet: a dingy kind of duvet sheet was provided upon request, at extra cost, no less! All together no place to recommend.

Cons:

location is out of the way, staff cleans dishes/kitchen at 5am (a little noisy)
