We will never go to this hotel again it was kind of commission place

Pros:

One person from hotel called and told that if I did a direct booking with them and not through booking.com then he will give room for 1700.
He also told me to do UPI payment of Rs500/- which I resisted.
He then told that I will not get the room in the hotel even when I was having a booking.com confirmation.
After going through all this , I feel like booking.com should take strict action against these type of hotels and staff.
