Personal was friendly and polite
The room was super noisy. I asked for a change.
I feel a bit unsafe in the neighborhood. Also sadly was not super clean.

There were many shops nearby.
There was no elevator.
The bed sheets and pillows had stains.
The bathroom floor had a broken tile and water seeped out every time we stepped into the bathroom.
Toilet bowl was not clean.
The staffs were smoking inside their office and the smell was so overwhelming. They should not smoking inside the building
The location of this accommodation is close to many attractions in Bandung.

And if you just want to check in, leave to explore Bandung, return a bit late, take a shower and sleep, it is a good choice!
The staff asked us for deposit money but they returned it fully. I was worried because I read similar reviews here and in GMaps about this additional payment. Turned out alright.
Mmm no amenities even the soap/toothpaste. But I guess the price justifies it
The payment has been done by booking.com apps but upon arrival there was a WhatsApp message from Regia staff that there will be additional charge IDR 45000 since the room rate didn't match with the one in the apps. Disappointed
Friendly staff, private bathroom and decent location considering travelling to Lembang.
We did not expect anything special but that was way below fine. The bathroom was simply dirty and smelly. Bed sheets looked like “used”, but still better than in the room they showed us at first. The hotel is located by the road and there is a lot of noise all night long.

The room is damp, there is mold on the floor.

I think the staff were good and nice. They were so nice and very helpfull and the hotel was meet the expectations. Overall i would stay in here over and over again.
