Pros:

The atmosphere, the furnishings, the garden, the staff. All good

Overall a okay stay, will not recommend for friends and family
Pros:

Location was good. Parking facility was good.

Cons:

Staff were very laidback, need to approach them for even the basic requirements. Complimentary breakfast was not good, not much of choice and the quality was okay. In one our room we booked the plumbing was very poor, water taps were not working and the staff were not able to do anything about it. TV was also not working and again the staff were not sure what the problem was.

Pros:

While the road leading to the property is a bit difficult to navigate, it is still manageable. However, the property itself lacks proper maintenance. The room we were allotted had a bathroom in poor condition.

As for breakfast, many items were finished well before the scheduled time, and the staff simply refused to refill them, stating that they were over. The staff do not appear to be properly trained, and overall, the property has a lot of room for improvement.
