Pros:

Break fast menu can be improved. Banana can be added. More options of pastry or desert can be added with menu. Fresh orange juice instead of bottle juice will be good.

Staff friendly but service and overall offering not great for the price.

The location was good as in the centre of the village.

Cons:

Breakfast service was haphazard. The hostess did her best but there was little or no food available at 9am. We had our breakfast in stages and we had to keep going up to the service area as the food emerged from the kitchen. Our table was in the back of the dining room with furniture stacked against the wall. The reception was not staffed any time we went to it and we had to wait for someone to check out, etc. The room was spacious but the mattress was uncomfortable.

A lovely stay.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Shannon. The room was very comfortable and the food was exceptional.

Perfect for a quick visit to Oughterard
Pros:

Very good location, friendly staff, clean room with nice linen on the bed & the bar downstairs was great.

Cons:

The view out of my window was a fire escape! There was some paint peeling on the ceiling of the shower.
