Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The beds are not comfortable for a 4 night stay. They seem quite old.

Worst hotel night ever.

Ran loud disco immediately below bedroom till 1am - repeatedly (&dishonestly) promising it was just about to stop. Reduced to sleeping in car. Manager promised recompense in the morning but never appeared, charged in full and didn’t even bother to phone through any apology.

Pleasant hotel in a nice town
Pros:

Clean and smart rooms

Cons:

Rooms were too hot and shower temperature was stuck on very hot. Breakfast could have done with vegetarian and at least some vegan options.

Certain breakfast items like fruit salad , yogurt , ham, chese, pastries etc were not always provided. Had to ask Caroline at breakfast for them which was a bit strange. Every breakfast item should be left out for guests. I have traveled all over Europe and Asia and I never encountered this.

Kind and friendly staff, rooms were so clean and cozy - so refreshing to have a pile of teabags on hand in the room!
Pros:

So clean, staff were exceptionally friendly, we were visiting for a nearby wedding and the team facilitated an early check in for us saving us a lot of stress and hassle - much appreciated!
