מי שרוצה להרגיש ניתוק וחופשה אמתית מוזמן.
המלון נקי ומתוחזק ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש האוכל ממש טעים טרי ומגוון
נדב מנהל המלון בן אדם מדהים שמאיר פנים לכולם, דאג לנו מעל ומעבר, שידרג לנו את החדר ופינק אותנו באופן אישי.
באופן כללי היה פשוט חלומי!

Практически все:)))Персонал очень вежливый и услужливый 🙏🏻Надав представился нам как директор данной гостинице и он был не только с нами ,но и со всеми посетителями,очень обаятельный и вежливый ,решающий любые вопросы,респект ему и его блестяще подобранной команде.
Еда очень качественная,разнообразная и вкусная:)

A little piece of heaven in Israel.

Amazing place! Amazing people!
Thanks to the team our experience was exceptional (Nadav, Shaker and Youtam and all the staff).
Even though we stayed for 2 days it felt like we were here for a week of relaxation and enjoyment. We will definitely come back with our family and friends.

בגלל המלחמה ביטלו לנו את השהות בבית בגליל כי המלון בסוף לא נפתח ובמקום הציעו לנו ללון בסטאי בכנרת.

Cons:

כשהגענו לסטאי כנרת קיבל את פנינו נורי, מנהל קשרי הלקוחות, שהיה הסיבה לכך שהשהות שלנו הפכה מבלאגן גמור לחוויה מופלאה. הגענו לחדר והבריכה הייתה לא נקייה, נורי מיד דאג להביא צוות שינקה ושכגילה שזה יקח זמן רב דאג מיד להעביר אותנו לחדר טוב יותר. רוחב הלב וטוב הלב שלו מורגשים ביחס החם שלו והוא פשוט הפך את החופשה שלנו לחלום ונתן תחושה אמיתית של אכפתיות.
