Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. בחדר השני המזגן לא עבד ודיברתי עם ליאת והיא שלח מהר אנשים שיסדרו את זה המצילים עשו עבודה טובה כל הזמן בדקו ילדים שהיו לבד ושאלו איפה ההורים
ולא שיחקו בטלפון
בחדר אוכל היה בסדר

היה מלא אנשים האנשים בקבלה יחס מגעיל אני עם פטור מטור והתייחסו אלי מגעיל ממש הכניסו אנשים לפני לתור ולא התייחסו לזה שיש לי פטור ולא רק אלי ככה גם לאנשים אחרים זה היה
בחיים לא חיכיתי ככה בקבלה לעשות צ׳ק אין הדף עומד שם עם הקבלה ומדבר איתם וגם היו לו אצבעות ממש שחורות וזה היה ממש מוזר
במקלחת אין דלת וכל המים פשוט יצאו מהמקלחת והרטיבו לנו את כל החדר
היו שקעים פתוחים במסדרונות ממש חם אין מזגן במסדרונות
המעליות על הפנים עצרו בכל קומה גם שזה לא היה שבת והרבה זמן לחקות
המנח של חדר האוכל פשוט חצוף ומתנהג לא יפה
לא לעבודים שלו ולא לאורחים
אנחנו לשם לא נחזור

בעת הגענו למלון תור לקבלה של חצי שעה. חדרים היו לא מוכנים, למרות שכתוב באתר קבלה מ15:00. הגענו בזמן.
יחס בקבלה לא משהו. בתקופה שלנו כל הפעילויות היו למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים. רעש חזק בכל המלון, חוץ מחדרים. חדרים מאוד נוחים, שקטים ויפים. שירות במטבח וחדרים מאוד טוב.

הקונספט של המלון הוא פגז בעיקר למשפחות עם ילדים.

Cons:

אני בדרך כלל בפברואר מגיעה למלון כל שנה ביום הולדת שלי, אממא השנה באתי בהרכב משפחתי , אומנם מבחינת החדר המיקום הכל בסדר.
אבל הנקיון של החדר משום מה היה זוועה,
לצערי הייתי עם 2 ילדים בחופשה אבל ללא ערוץ ילדים בטלוויזיה במהלך כל השהות.
מבחינת האוכל, אומנם טעים והכל, אבל לא הגיוני שלכל המלון את עושים סבב אחד של ארוחות.
במקום לחלק ל2 סבבים את הארוחות אתם עושים סבב אחד, מה שגורם לעומס מטורף של אנשים בעמדות האוכל,במיוחד למשפחות עם ילדים, שהילדים הם החסרי סבלנות.
ואמללה על הכמות גוקים הקטנים האלו שכל שניה יש בפרוזדור ובחדרים.
בקיצור לא יודעת מה קרה לכם כי לפני שנתיים הייתי בפברואר וזה לא היה מנוהל ומתוחזק ברמת נמוכה כמו עכשיו. אתם חייבים שיפור אבל רציני, ותשקלו להוסיף מעליות או לפחות לתחזק אותם כמו שצריך.

לגביי בוקינג עצמו אין תלונות אבל ההנהלה של המלון חייבת להתעורר ולבדוק את הנקיון והתחזוקה כי זה א' ב'.

Great location, all inclusive goes above and beyond, hope you speak Hebrew
Pros:

Great facilities for families, all inclusive went above and beyond what was expected, proximity to Dead Sea was great. Lovely complimentary room service on first night of arrival.

Cons:

Very poor English speaking staff, even at Check in and front reception desks. At least one person at each of the service stations should have been able to speak English. Children's room smelt of smoke and height of guard rails on the balcony are too low and a danger to children
