Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is available after 18:00, while check-out must be until 14:00. Please note that children under the age of 16 cannot access the spa. החדר היה סביר , המיטה לא נוחה , מיזוג לא עבד ,
רמת האחזקה של הציוד במלון - גרועה ביותר
המתקנים של הבריכה הפנימית שבורים , לא עובדים ,
הדשא הסינטטי בבריכה החיצונית בלוי ומריח רע- מלא זבובים נדבקים אליו
הניקיון מסביב לבריכה החיצונית - ירוד מאוד
אחזקת המקום מבחינת אריחים , חומות , גדרות , מיטות שיזוף , רמקולים , תאורה , הצללה ועוד מתקני חצר וריהוט חצר לוקים בשברים , קרעים , בלאי מואץ וכדומה .

לגבי שירות הלקוחות:
לי היה בקשה אחת - להחליף לי כרית נוצות ( אלרגי ) לכרית היפואלרגנית ( סינטטי) ולא קיבלתי מענה לזה בכלל, גם מנהל המלון ברוב חוצפתו אמר לי ללכת לקנות בקניון כרית כי למלון אין פתרון לעניין זה !!!

בקיצור : מלון מיושן , יקר יחסית , לא מטופח ולא מתוחזק היטב .

было очень шумно много детей молодежи который выпивали в номере и до утра не довали спать оч

мне понравелось телефоное сопровождение было отличное сотрудница отеля забыл как ее звать была очень хорошая которая нас сопровождала и поминяла нам номер

Питание ужасно не вкусное одно бразное не вкусное еда напитки салаты хлеб не вкусный кофе обычное асортимент салотов одно бразное еда не вкусная

Мы много раз отдыхали в этой гостинице. Стало чище, в номерах убирают чаще, чем было раньше.На ресепшене попросили халаты и очень быстро они уже были в номере. Это очень понравилось. В столовой стало чище.

Cons:

Не понравилось питание. Стало намного хуже, намного меньше всего. Вроде овощей много нарезано, но салатов готовых 1 или 2. Мяса тоже меньше, даже курица уменьшилась. Голодными конечно не оставались, но в сравнении с прошлыми годами стало хуже.
