Loved the hotel and their facilities and location superb but need to up their cleanliness
Pros:

The pool area and access to beach was great. Rooms were comfortable

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned properly every day! The mugs were not replaced and clothes just left crumpled. The pullout bed is horrendous- very hard to sleep on . The breakfast room was also dirty- tables and place mats dirty, plates and mugs dirty- such a pity as very good breakfast but cleanliness lacking

I complained that the room smelt and the sheets were damp. No one came
Pros:

Good offering at breakfast but breakfast room filthy dirty

Cons:

The room was no clean and the sheets were damp. At best this was a 2 star room, aged, nothing in the mini bar priced at £400 a night for the most basic of basic more like a hostel.
The view from my window was a disgrace.

Pros:

Tout y était très beau endroit espaces propretés

Cons:

Malheureusement le personnel n était pas souriant du tout on a ressenti un dérangement que se soit à la piscine au petit déjeuner et dans les espaces communs manque un parking pour l hôtel

חווית אירוח נהדרת!
הגענו בהרכב של זוג עם תינוקת בת שנה.
דאגו לצייד את החדר בלול ופינקו אותנו ביין, פירות, אגוזים ושוקולדים.
חוץ מזה קיבלנו גם תיק בד וכפכפים לים שזה היה ממש נחמד!
צוות אדיב בקבלה, שירות החדרים, בבריכה, בחדר האוכל. כולם ללא יוצא מן הכלל העניקו לנו יחס נפלא:
החדרניות המקסימות כל הזמן בדקו אם אנחנו צריכים משהו,
הבריכה ממש נעימה ויש מלא מקומות לרבוץ בהם בכיף כולל תצפית מושלמת לים. הצוות בבריכה מקסימים וחביבים.
הארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה ממש! גם פה, כל אנשי הצוות ממש מקסימים.
ממליצה בחום!

Cons:

החדר מעוצב קצת מיושן, הניקוז באמבטיה איטי (היה גם מקלחון שעבד נהדר).
הכניסה למלון לא מונגשת לעגלה.
