לדעתי מלון מפואר כזה ומוכר כמלון יוקרה צריך שיהיה הכל יוקרה ולא לחלק את המלון לשני חלקים

אי אפשר לקנות רכב מסוג רולס רויס ולקבל מזדה עם סמלים של רולס רויס ולהגיד זה מאותו משפחה

Très décevant, après tant d’années de fidélité, l’accueil et les services ne sont plus du tout à la

Je fréquente cet hôtel depuis plus de 30 ans. J’ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à retrouver le directeur du restaurant, toujours aussi gentil, aimable et accueillant. Le cadre reste magnifique, la piscine est agréable, et les chambres sont belles et confortables. Le petit déjeuner et le shabbat toujours aussi agréable et copieux.

Cons:

En revanche, plusieurs aspects m’ont beaucoup déçu. L’accueil de la nouvelle direction laisse à désirer : la personne à l’entrée de l’hôtel s’est montrée très désagréable et agressive, loin de l’esprit chaleureux que nous avons connu. À la piscine, un surveillant s’est montré particulièrement inquisiteur et agressif, observant les enfants d’une manière dérangeante. Même après l’avoir signalé, la direction n’a rien fait.
Autre regret : il n’y a quasiment plus de restauration. Seul le petit lobby propose quelques plats, ce qui est très limité pour un hôtel de ce standing. Il y a 30 ans, nous avions des soirées animées, des activités pour les enfants, de la vie le soir dans le hall… Aujourd’hui, il n’y a plus rien : le soir, l’hôtel est désert et sans ambiance.
Et pour couronner le tout, les prix sont devenus exorbitants. Ils ont fortement augmenté alors que les services, eux, ont considérablement diminué.

C’est très dommage de constater une telle dégradation après toutes ces années de fidélité. J’espère que la direction saura entendre les retours des clients et redonner à cet hôtel la convivialité, le respect et la qualité de services qui faisaient sa réputation.

Upsetting, expected higher standards from this well known Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast good but food was cold !

Cons:

We booked shabbat meal (Saturday lunchtime) We were not told that infact there was no Shabbat meal ! Instead we had go to the pool area where there was a buffet where we had to order our food. There was no shabbat food left !
The orders were taken by Jewish staff that had to write on Shabbat. A swimming pool is not the right place for a Shabbat meal. This is not what we expected for the Dan Accadia in Herzliya
