חווית אירוח נהדרת!
הגענו בהרכב של זוג עם תינוקת בת שנה.
דאגו לצייד את החדר בלול ופינקו אותנו ביין, פירות, אגוזים ושוקולדים.
חוץ מזה קיבלנו גם תיק בד וכפכפים לים שזה היה ממש נחמד!
צוות אדיב בקבלה, שירות החדרים, בבריכה, בחדר האוכל. כולם ללא יוצא מן הכלל העניקו לנו יחס נפלא:
החדרניות המקסימות כל הזמן בדקו אם אנחנו צריכים משהו,
הבריכה ממש נעימה ויש מלא מקומות לרבוץ בהם בכיף כולל תצפית מושלמת לים. הצוות בבריכה מקסימים וחביבים.
הארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה ממש! גם פה, כל אנשי הצוות ממש מקסימים.
ממליצה בחום!

Cons:

החדר מעוצב קצת מיושן, הניקוז באמבטיה איטי (היה גם מקלחון שעבד נהדר).
הכניסה למלון לא מונגשת לעגלה.

הגעתי בחודש פברואר בתחילת ההריון שלי, הזמנתי מנה של פיש אנד צ׳יפס שגרמה לי להרעלת מזון זמן קצר לאחר האכילה, החלו אצלי תסמינים קשים של צירים פלוס הקאות ושלשולים..
בעקבות המצב הבריאותי, נאלצתי לעזוב את המלון בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות ולנסוע למיון נשים מחשש להריון.
רגע לפני שהגעתי למיון קבלתי סחרחורת, הזעה מוגברת ותחושת עילפון, שכמעט ואיבדתי הכרה..
אחרי כמה שעות של הרבה נוזלים וללא אוכל בכלל על מנת לנקות את הקיבה זה עבר אבל השעות הראשונות היו מדאיגות!
גם בערב הראשון כשהזמנתי אוכל הגיע קר ולא אכיל , ובכללי כל בקשה מהרום סרוויס לקח המון המון זמן.

Mon séjour s'est bien passé à part cette contrariété d'avoir payé 200 shekels en plus

Beaucoup d'endroits où s'installer en toute tranquillité peut-être parce que c'était hors saison
Mise à disposition de bons en cas et boissons diverses dans la chambre

Cons:

Le fait que j'ai payé 200 shekels en plus du prix de 1100 shekels prévus correspondant à la TVA de mon invitée et qu'on m'ait dit que je pouvais me faire rembourser à l'aéroport ce qui m'a été refusé. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous m'avez facturé ce montant en plus et que vous m'ayez fait croire que je pouvais me les faire rembourser.

הגענו לחגוג יום הולדת, חיכו לנו בחדר עוגה מרשימה ויין, החדר מרווח, חדש, נעים, מעוצב יפה. אחד המקומות היחידים שטרחו לפתוח את בריכת השמש בפברואר "לא בעונה" למרות שהיה שבוע שמשי וחם.
האוכל היה מעולה, השירות, הריח הכל. אחרי שהיינו במלון אחר 5 כוכבים שהיה מאכזב ביותר - כאן היה פשוט תענוג ובטוח נחזור
