בגד נפל מהחלון לקומה מתחת, אמרו שיביאו לנו וכשבאנו לאסוף אמרו שלא מצאו וזה היה מאכזב כי ידענו שהבגד שם
חסר - אפשרויות טבעוניות בבר בריכה

Loved the hotel and their facilities and location superb but need to up their cleanliness
Pros:

The pool area and access to beach was great. Rooms were comfortable

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned properly every day! The mugs were not replaced and clothes just left crumpled. The pullout bed is horrendous- very hard to sleep on . The breakfast room was also dirty- tables and place mats dirty, plates and mugs dirty- such a pity as very good breakfast but cleanliness lacking
