בסדר
החדר היה קר מאוד לא יכולתי להרדם. אי אפשר לכוון אותו
אין שמיכות בחדר,

לקחנו 2 לילות ובגלל הסירחון של החדר /הסדינים /והמיטות ויתרנו על לילה אחד. הציעו לנו לילה פיצוי במלון אחר שלהם וסירבנו, לא לוקח סיכון .
המקום מוזנח ביותר
קיבלנו את החדר באיחור..
רמת תחזוקה ירודה ביותר , ברז שבור ,מרפסת מלוכלכת, סדינים מסריחים, זכוכיות קטנות בחדר, דם יבש מרוח על הריצפה. חתול שהיה בחדר אוכל, חדר אוכל מסריח, נמלים ועוד רשימה ארוכה
אני לא יודע מאיפה יש להם ציון כזה גבוה. אבל תעשו לעצמכם טובה ואל תשימו את הכסף במלון הזה.

הגענו בשעה שיחסית מאוחרת אמרו לנו שאין קבלת חדרים בשעה כזאת אחרי שהוסבר שבאנו מרחוק ואין לנו ברירה קיבלנו חדר רגיל למרות שהזמנו סוויטה
אהבנו את הארוחות בוקר וערב, בשפע, טרי וטעים.
אהבנו את המיקום.
את רמת הניקיון בחדר, הזכוכיות בסויטה ביציאה למרפסת מלאות בטביעות כפות ידיים ואצבעות של ילדים קטנים שהתארחו בחדר.
לא אהבנו שהקומקום היה מלא אבן.
לא אהבנו את מי הבריכה שהיו עכורים וירוקים, ממש לא נעימים.
היתה בעיה באספקת המגבות לא היום מגבות בחדר גם לאחר שסידרו אותו ורק לאחר מס' שיחות לקבלה מהנייד שלי כי הטלפון בחדר לא פעל, ביום הראשון הביאו מגבות רק בשעות אחה"צ.
ביום השני ביקשתי בעצמי בקבלה את המגבות והמתנתי בצד, הבחור שעבד בקבלה אמר לי זה לא אוקוס פוקוס אצלנו תעלי לחדר ונשלח אליך, דיבר בטון לא נעים בכלל כך לא פונים ללקוחות ולא משמרים לקוחות. לאחר שהמתנו כשעה והמגבות לא הגיעו, בעלי ירד לקבלה והביא מגבות קטנות שמיועדות לבריכה ואיתם התקלחנו, כמובן שהסתובבנו רטובים בחדר יותר משעתיים, לבסוף הביאו מגבות רחצה לאחר השעה 17 וכמובן שלא השתמשנו בהן כבר.
ברור מאליו שלא נחזור להתארח במלון ולא נמליץ לבני משפחה וחברים להזמין מקומות אירוח במלון.

1. Conditions d’hygiène et de salubrité inacceptables
L’état de l’établissement et de notre chambre était extrêmement dégradé et présentait de sérieux problèmes d’hygiène.
Nous avons notamment constaté :
• de l’humidité au sol dans la chambre ;
• une cuvette de toilettes dans un état de saleté particulièrement choquant ;
• la présence de moisissures sur les murs ;
• un manque manifeste d’entretien et de propreté ;
• un état général de dégradation ne correspondant absolument pas aux conditions que l’on peut légitimement attendre d’un hôtel proposé sur Booking.com.
Nous disposons de photographies attestant de l’état réel de la chambre et de l’établissement.
2. Piscine extérieure annoncée mais inexistante
Ce point est particulièrement grave, car la présence d’une piscine extérieure a directement influencé notre décision de réserver cet hôtel.
La description de l’établissement annonçait une piscine extérieure et les photographies présentées lors de la réservation montraient également une piscine extérieure.
Plus grave encore, la signalétique présente dans l’ascenseur de l’hôtel indique elle-même un étage correspondant à la “piscine extérieure”, ce que nous avons photographié.
Or, une fois sur place, nous avons découvert qu’aucune piscine extérieure correspondant à la prestation annoncée n’était disponible.
Nous considérons qu’il s’agit d’une présentation trompeuse d’un équipement essentiel de la prestation vendue.
Cette situation a été particulièrement préjudiciable puisque nous séjournions avec six enfants, dans des conditions de chaleur extrême. La piscine intérieure étant par ailleurs impraticable dans les conditions rencontrées, nous nous sommes retrouvés contraints de rester avec les six enfants enfermés dans la chambre.
Si nous avions su avant de réserver que la piscine extérieure annoncée n’était pas disponible, nous n’aurions pas choisi cet établissement.
