Pros:

הגענו למלון לצורך אירוע משפחתי, כך שלא השתמשנו במרבית השירותים שיש למלון להציע, ובאנו מראש ללא ציפיות גבוהות. בהתאם לכך, הייתה לנו שהות נחמדה מאוד. השירות במלון היה אדיב לכל אורך הדרך. קיבלנו חדר גדול ומרווח, והנוף הפנורמי הנשקף ממנו באמת נהדר.

Cons:

ניכר שהתחזוקה דורשת יותר תשומת לב, במיוחד בכל הקשור לבלאי הטבעי שנוצר מהקרבה לים. בחדר שלנו היו הרבה חלונות שאמורים להכניס את הנוף, אך כולם היו מלוכלכים. גם מעקה הזכוכית במרפסת היה מלוכלך, מה שהיה קצת פחות נעים.

Excellent room and view, very nice breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

Maintenance should be better. It was fairly clean but could really improve. One elevator didn't work for three days. I feel like improving their maintenance standards can take them from a nice hotel to an excellent one.
