Cons:

Changed my hotel to another property named fabhotels tiptop at the last moment, washrooms are filthy, no geyser, the room booked didn't looked like anything in the photos, so I took another room and paid full at the reception, haven't received my advance booking payment of 422. Absolutely not recommended

Staff is good.

Cons:

There is no kitchen in the Hotel.
They are dependent on outside outlets.
This leads to a lot of time into meeting small orders also.
Breakfast if included in booking has no choices.

The worst hotel in Jaipur

Cons:

The room was dirty. The pillows did not have any cover on them. They were filthy and in bad condition. To top it all, there was some stranger who was bathing in our hotel room when we were taken to the room by the hotel staff. The manager shamelessly ignored all this and offered us another room without acknowledging any issue. We did not stay at the hotel and immediately left. The worst part is that we were not even refunded the partial amount we had paid while making the reservation. Since it was season time, we couldn't find any other hotel to stay in Jaipur and had to pay thrice the regular amount to stay for the night. It was our 2nd marriage anniversary and the hotel messed up everything. Worst hotel with zero sense of hospitality

Pros:

I like good bed and room size, kind staff and good restaurant that placed near by. It takes 40-50 minutes to take to main tourist places of the city.

Cons:

There was no working WI-Fi during all my stay at hotel for three days. Talking with the property didn't solve an issue. It was very unplesant.

Only good things is location is good even though it's far from all tourist attractions.

Cons:

I don't know how "booking.com" showing number one rated hotel in 2022.
Following things that we observed in out two nights stay..
1. Hotel don't have dedicated parking arrangement for guest.
2. Hotel don't have own kitchen but they are taking booking rooms with breakfast.
we booked room with breakfast. As usually in good hotel they have buffet breakfast but in this hotel we have to call several times to provide breakfast & in the menu they have only paratha or poha option.
3. Staff is lazy no assistant for parking. No help for luggage handling.
