Not clean …….very untidy room

Location - situated at a major signal making parking a big hassle
Housekeeping- TV was not working , no soaps /gel provided in the washroom. When reported to staff , they never bother to return the solve.

The Breakfast and Dinner is very Good & Delicious. Hotel is Neat & Clean. Quantity also very nice. Found peace in the Hotel.
Main think is it is located on Central Place, near Panchavati and Trimbakeshwar Temple. We all enjoyed our Tirthshetra tour. We recommend all of you to visit and enjoy. All the Best and Thanks

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. They moved our lug gages into another room without even informing us.
The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with my team and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality.
Room was dust central, cockroaches everywhere…dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
The cost of food is high compared to the location.

No facilities whatsoever
Location was at prime spot everything was nearby. All the transportation was near. Rooms were Nice and comfy
Rooms was nice but too much of cockroach. Rooms was not soundproof all the outside sound was disturbing at night. Also at the booking of 2night stays they didn't even offered an single bottle of water. When asked they charged for 50rs per bottle. Staff was not cooperative and was very busy in themselves. Also staff was judgy too.
