Important information:

This property conducts temperature checks every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. A temperature higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, will result in being denied entry to the property.

This property's management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules.

IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

Keys Select hotel, Kochi has the license only for “Beer & Wine”.

Christmas Eve dinner and New Year's Eve gala dinner are available for guests staying on 24th December and 31st December respectively, at an additional charge. For more details, please contact the front desk.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Good staff behaviour. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Needs renovation, toiletries only on demand. Towels are showing age.

Very dirty . Change 6 rooms all rooms mattress cover has blood stains or unine stains. Next morning there clean a room well and moved me to 7 floor. Sunday morning checked out. Jam in the elevator for about 10 minutes. I have to call my driver to inform the receptionist. The front desk did not apologize. They did give me my Sunday morning breakfast complimentary. Never ever stay in this hotel again.

Cons:

We asked for tripple occupency, room was very small for 3 people. There is no room to walk in the room after putting extra bed. There is no toiletries supplied. To get some water bottles, we have to call them 3 times. A water truck was parked on exit, and we were struck 45 min before we could leave the Hotel.
Our stay was during world cup football final match. We called the hotel prior to booking to make sure we can watch the match in Hotel room. They said they have channel in hotel room to watch the match. But there was nothing. We have to watch the match in out laptop. Also there was an EV charger in hotel, but it was not working. Overall experience was very bad

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and all of the staff was courteous. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities, and they also provided mineral water at all times free of cost.
Additionally, we also left a personal item during checkout at the hotel, but upon contacting them, they actively helped us and made sure to courier the item on the same day.
Overall, I would ddfinitely recommend this stay to everyone.
