Pros:

The hotel was decent. Food was also good.

Cons:

We booked a King Room with Lake View but were given a Partial Lake view room which is smaller in size. Justification they gave was that with this amount, partial lake view is available that I found unprofessional. Be prepared to get a smaller room if you are booking via booking.com. The customer support of booking.com is also pathetic and doesn't help you much.

No room despite booking confirmation
Cons:

They demanded extra payment outside of booking.com. Then they didn’t even have a room for us. They said they couldn’t find the booking.com confirmation. We found a different hotel to stay that night. Once we left, they changed the booking dates to avoid having to cancel on us. They basically just lied when indeed they overbooked.

Pros:

I enjoyed the proximity to Pichola lake and the very friendly staff. The staff always helped when I asked and they had such wide smiles that one always felt appreciated.
It was wonderful.

Nice big rooms, lovely staff, yummy food.
Pros:

Really friendly staff, nice restaurant and amazing views of the city. They gave us an upgrade because we were there for a long time, that was really lovely. The pool was really clean.

Would definitely look forward to staying here again.
Pros:

The room that we got was amazing. The view of Lake Pichhola from the room window was just the icing on the cake. The staff is very cooperative and polite, they are pretty fast on the services if you require any.

Cons:

I have no complaints with the property.

It's overall average becoz the food was not worth it even after paying so much
Pros:

Staff behaviour...and the room space

Cons:

Food is very expensive and the quantity is not even enough for one person...also the breakfast has just 3 items with no change anyday...they don't even have proper fruits and tea is very bad and the taste of the food was below satisfactory...I will not recommend having food here...
