The Hotel location is bad, stuff were good
Pros:

The behaviour of stuff is very good, and there food also teasty

Cons:

The location is very bad, far away from the city, its very difficult to find Transportation, the washroom are not upto the level

Pros:

It is a budget hotel as you would expect seeing the prices. The room is ok, its not tidy but ok. Food is not bad and prices are reasonable.

Cons:

We were given smelly sheets and blankets. Sheet they changed upon  request but blankets and pillow covers they said they don't have anything clean. 

The  common areas are dirty, particularly sofas in reception and seats in dining hall. They are not cleaned for weeks or months.


Staff were friendly but irresponsible. When we had to leave for airport at 630 in the morning, no one was available at reception and the front door was locked from outside and shutter was on. We didn't know how to get out. Luckily our driver came and he somehow opened the shutter in the front.


Another issue we faced was the  noise  throughout the night. Other residents were running and making noise whole night. The  hotel guys did nothing to stop it.

Pros:

We stayed there as a group; liked the WiFi...staff were polite and helpful. It's less expensive

Cons:

Location is not good...no public transport.
Frequent power cuts. No breakfast or food at the hotel and we can't even get anything locally.

Pretty Average Experience.. Staff was too good 🙌
Pros:

staff was pretty good. they helped us to reach the hotel at midnight. very cooperative staff..location is also near dal lake.. food also available.. room was okay for the price. heater available.tv and electric blanket is also provided

Cons:

the main reason i low rated this property is because of the electricity.. they don’t have power backup when power went off.. only a single bulb will work nothing else.. during our stay we don’t had enough power back we couldn’t even charge our phones properly.. and also they had pretty bad wifi connection..

It feel comfortable while staying in the hotel

Cons:

local guests which are around 100kms away from the hotel should also be allowed to stay as I heard that locals are not allowed to stay in the hotel which is not good.

Pros:

Parking facility available, TV with wifi connection, good staff, food.

Cons:

Little far from town, reaching there overcome the cheap price point if personal vehicle not available.
