Location
Excellent location, delicious food, courteous staff.
The environment and service was good
Could do with some more maintenance in the rooms
Location and out look…
Food is great..😊
Cleanliness not reached the expectations
If management focused on Maintenance and cleanliness..this facility will be a number one in this location…we like everything apart from that..
Amazing service by staff
Food could be wayyyyyy better
Very disappointing breakfast experience. The food was not good, staff was inattentive, and the live counter lady was rude to guests and even to her helper. No one was available to assist or guide us, and the tea and coffee quality was poor. Not the level of service expected from a resort.
Honestly, everything needs improvement, especially the staff service and attentiveness.
There was no proper support from the staff in any area of the resort. We were traveling with aged parents (my father is 71 and my mother is 63), and since this is a hill-type resort with a lot of walking, we asked about car drop-off or assistance. We were told it is available only for aged people, which was confusing and disappointing, considering our parents clearly fall into that category. This was not what we expected.
One of the lady staff members at the reception had a very poor attitude, and overall the team did not appear welcoming or helpful. Hospitality was completely missing.
At the swimming pool, when we asked for assistance, we were told to call for help ourselves. In a resort of this standard, someone should already be present to guide or assist guests—no one was there.
Later, when we went to the fire pit area, a private meeting seemed to be taking place there. This was uncomfortable because we paid to enjoy these common facilities, not to feel excluded due to a meeting being conducted in a guest area.
Dinner service was another major disappointment. We ordered à la carte food at night, and the waiting time was over one hour. When we called to ask about the order, the staff themselves were unaware and even asked us what we had ordered. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially since we are experienced travelers and this is not our first resort stay.
Overall, the service quality, staff attitude, coordination, and guest handling were extremely poor. For the amount of money spent, this experience was very disappointing, and we are giving a very bad review based on our stay.
Unfortunately nothing
Our overall experience was extremely disappointing. We had originally booked for two nights but decided to shorten our stay to one night due to the unacceptable conditions.
The rooms were dusty, and the staff did not appear to have proper procedures or training to address cleanliness concerns. The food quality was very poor. The bathroom conditions were alarming, with frogs and large snails present. The room walls had peeling paint, spider webs were visible throughout the room, and the curtains were heavily dust-laden.
To make matters worse, the bathroom amenities provided appeared to be partially used by previous guests, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety perspective.
Overall, the property fell far below basic hospitality and cleanliness standards, and the experience was a major disappointment.
