A személyzet kedves a szálloda szép helyen van az ágyak kényelmesek az étkezéseknél a választékból könnyen lehet jól lakni.
A wellness részleg rendben tartott.
Jót pihenünk itt, visszatérünk.

Cons:

Erről nem a szálloda tehet de a környéken elég korlátosak manapság a látnivalók ha rossz az idő mert a barlangfürdő bezárt tűz miatt a diósgyőri vár is zárva.

Pros:

Szép a szálloda, tisztaság volt mindenhol. A személyzet is kedves, segítőkész volt.

Cons:

Sajnos a szálloda wellness részlege nagyon pici, hideg időszakban nagyon túlzsúfolt ennyi vendégre.

A parkoló része katasztrófa. Tapasztalt sofőr vagyok, de a parkoló lentebbi részein akár 10 perc is lehet egy beállás-kiállás... Furcsán hangzik, de jobban jár az ember, ha kicsit szabálytalanul parkol le, hogy ne tudjon senki mellé állni, mert így könnyebb kiállni a távozás napján. Sorry.
