Meg voltunk elégedve a szállással, jól éreztük magunkat

Tiszta, rendezett, jó elhelyezkedés, finom ételek!

Cons:

Hideg volt a szobában nagyon, szerintem nem működött a szobánkban a fűtés vagy pedig nem megfelelően, de plusz pont, mert volt bekészítve egy hősugárzó legalább. Ez segített a helyzeten. Elég kis méretű a meleg medence, amire hétvégén sok vendég volt.

Igényes és szép hely, összességében magas színvonalú szálláshely
Pros:

- igényes, elegáns hotel gyönyörű helyen
- kifogástalanul tiszta, szép szobák, kényelmes ágy
- a svédasztalos reggeli kiváló, minden friss és finom, a választék bőséges
- jók a szaunák

Cons:

- a beltéri wellness-részleg elég zsúfolt, nem elég ennyi vendéghez, a pezsgőfürdős medencébe gyakorlatilag nem lehetett beférni. (Valószínűleg ez nyáron nem probléma, ha a külső rész is nyitva van, de ilyenkor télen zavaró)

Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, bár voltak negatív tényezők.
Pros:

Az ételek minősége, mennyisége, a választék.
A szálloda közösségi terei, a szobák.
A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, különösen az étkezéseknél a pincérek.
A környezet, a kilátás a szobából.

Cons:

Az egész szállodában klór szag volt, már az épületbe lépéskor is. A wellness részleg nem túl nagy, a szaunákban is max 3-4 fő fér el maximum. A medencék kicsik, az élmény medence vize annyira klóros volt, hogy szabályosan csípte a szemünket, marta a torkunkat.

Családi hétvégi kiruccanás
Pros:

Miskolcon nincsenek távolságok, szóval a fürdőhöz közel van, a városközpont 10 perc autózás, isteni steakező a közelben. A spa részen viszonylag sokan voltak, de teljesen tűrhető volt. Van több kis szauna, a pezsgőfürdő elég nagy. A szoba tágas és kényelmes volt. A reggeli bőséges, jó választék.

Cons:

Ilyen nem volt.
Talán annyi, hogy amikor a reggelinél elfogyott az az isteni tükörtojás, nem hoztak belőle utánpótlást .
