Красивая территория, большой номер

Cons:

За 4 дня ни разу не проводилась уборка, не менялись полотенца, не выносили мусор

Kuryaugatástól hangos, nem túl tiszta szálloda.
Pros:

Szép helyen van, közel a tóhoz, erdővel körülvéve.

Cons:

Kutyabarát hely, aminek eredményeképp irtózatos kutyaugatás volt kora reggeltől késő estig. Ezt mi nem tudtuk előre és nekünk zavaró volt.

A szobákban a polcok rettenetes porosak voltak.
A törölközők agyonmosottak és sárgák.

Szeretem ezt a helyet. A környezet csodás. A személyzet kedves.

Egy gondom volt, sok a zaj a szobában és minden nagyon áthallatszik, mindenhonnan. De emiatt nem rontottam az értékelésen

Maga a környezet szép, de ezt a természetnek köszönhetjük, nem a szálláshelynek.

Cons:

A szoba nem volt tiszta. Sárga vízkő a zuhanytálcába, a fehér törölköző inkább szürkés mint fehér, pókháló és elpusztult rovarok. A reggeli nem túl ötletgazdag. Az ételek is ki voltak hűlve. Valamint nem töltöttek semmit, csak akkor ha szólva lett.

Pros:

Van klima. Kiégett az izzó a folyosón, jeleztem a recepción, azonnal megoldották a problémát.

Cons:

Ablakok kissé magasan vannak, igy a kilátás annyira nem élvezhető.

Alapvetően jól felszereltség, és kényelmes.

Cons:

A szomszédos rendezvényeket, szervezhetnék halkabbra, mert este nehéz volt elaludni a hangos zene, miatt ugyanis pénteken és szombaton is esküvő volt ami kicsit hangosra sikeredett.

Kényelmes volt az ágy, egy éjszakára teljesen megfelelt a felszereltség, kedves személyzet. Külön kiemelném a recepciós urat aki a tartózkodásunk alatt éjjel dolgozott, nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Cons:

A jacuzzi vize nem volt megfelelo, a viz hőmérsékletét nem lehetett lejjebb allitani, szoval a jacuzziban valo tartózkodás egy kis ido utan kibírhatatlan volt mert a hőfok kb 15 perc alatt 36rol 39 fokra emelkedett.
Emellett még alaposabb takarítást igényelne a szállás.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Very eager to help. Good communication.
Room was clean and tidy.
Nice breakfast, plenty to choose from.

Cons:

No tea or coffees in the room. Very basic amenities.
Thought we had an upgraded double bed room, however felt very small and cramped.
Had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances and was almost charged for the tourist tax. This was paid when I booked the room. I had the receipt on my phone so could show i had already paid. Not a problem but better communication between booking.com and the hotel would be advisable.
