Sudah cukup baik, hanya perlu di-review lagi untuk kesediaan fasilitas hair dryer & setrikaan

Ukuran kamarnya yang deluxe luas sekali, bersih n nyaman

Cons:

Untuk hotel bintang 4 seharusnya di kamar sudah ada hair dryer & setrika, namun untuk fasilitas tsb dapat di-request sesuai kesediaan
Untuk handuk renang seharusnya dapat disediakan di sekitar kolam renang sehingga tidak perlu minta ke resepsionis di loby
Untuk makanannya dari segi variasi sudah oke, namun untuk rasanya (makanan utama) kurang bumbu

The nightclub below the room, the stain on the bedsheet, the awful wifi connection, the extremely dirty shower head, the poorly maintained bathroom, things falling apart in bathroom, was given 2 tiny shower gel for 2 people for 2 nights stay, dirty room service flyer on the side table, poor quality breakfast, just not worth the value

Pros:

It's all good!!! We love the hotel. Udin the Front Desk staff was above and beyond! Also the bell boy, we forgot his name. The day we checked in, he was very helpful. The staff is friendly. The little issue was one of the room on 6th floor (our floor) was so noisy, they played music so loud all night, it was annoying. Other than that, it's all good.
