Pros:

Good restaurant, large room

Cons:

Lots of stains on the bedding. The key stopped working and was unable to be revalidated, so every time I wanted to go into the room during my 3 day stay was to get a member of staff to let me in with the master key.

Nice hotel, needs a little professionalism and attention.
Pros:

The room was good and spacious, well lit. Bathroom was OK but shower is fitted on the ceiling. So taking bath was specially difficult for the ladies. The food was OK

Cons:

No complementary breakfast was given.
No toiletries, dental kit were provided.
Only 1 lt of water was provided for 2 person.
In one room TV was n̈ot working but nobody responded.
Linens were little shabby.

The room and bathroom were well maintained. We had a spacious room. Food available in the restaurant was of good quality. Customer service was excellent.
