Pros:

Cleanliness and water pressure in the shower

Cons:

Location may be next to a mosque so call for prayers at 4am was extremely loud as if the speakers were placed just outside my bedroom. Clients should be informed so that they are aware and prepared with earplugs to avoid interrupted sleep.
