Overpriced hotel
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

The room is very common like 2k hotel. We spend 7.9 k for per night and got normal room. Also the fridge was not working. Food was good.

Some how enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We liked only the location since it is just opposite the sea coast.

Cons:

However service is not upto the market. Further the dinning room is not that spacious and cleaning wise it is not up the mark.

Good place to stay but away from city center, dinner was not good
Pros:

It was nice in front of beach. Staff was friendly and good breakfast served.

Cons:

Quite some distance from the main attraction Puri temple. Had dinner in the hotel first night and later that night we got sick due to food poising. Reported the issue to reception and submitted a form to them. Had to cancel the plan for next day and lost all the advance payment for trip to Chilka lake.

Overrated not worth to stay.
Pros:

The hotel room is not worth the money. Heavy repairing and banging being done at midnight. The photos are very deceiving. Reception staff not helpful and argumentative. Bedding had smell and stains. You will be lucky if you get hot water in the shower for two minutes. Cleanliness almost non existence. Didn't bother having dinner for hygiene reasons. Restaurant staff were friendly once you get their attention as the seem busy chatting amongst themselves.

Cons:

Steps to reach reception and dining facilities. No ramp for disabled persons. Inspite of asking prior to booking, difficulty in accessibility was not disclosed. No parking facility inside.
