Pros:

Its close to city centre
Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby

Cons:

Hotel room was not clean, we saw cockroaches roaming in the room.
No visitors allowed, no outside food allowed
Hotel restaurant food was pathethic.
No coffee or tea kettle kept

Overall a pleasant stay. Clean rooms & very hospitable staff
Cons:

The kitchen was billed separately & did not have GST number on it. That makes my official trip food expenses non refundable.
