Gemütlich geht anders - Service mangelhaft - gute Erreichbarkeit zum Airport

Bei der Buchung zählte für mich vor allem die relative Nähe zum Flughafen und die Lage direkt in Nagpur.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft musste ich sofort in bar zahlen. Das war so nicht bei booking zu erkennen. Da ich nicht soviel indisches Bargeld hatte, musste ich sehr spät abends noch an diversen Geldautomaten mein Glück versuchen, was ziemlich anstrengend nach einem langen Flugtag war.
Der Hotelchef versuchte vor der Zahlung noch, uns in ein anderes Hotel (sehr sehr viel teurer) umzulenken, um uns loszuwerden. Ich fühlte mich hier nicht wirklich willkommen. Allerdings muss man fairerweise sagen, dass er auf seinem Moped mit mir zu dem anderen Hotel und den Geldautomaten fuhr. Für diesen "Service" rundete er den Übernachtungspreis dann frecherweise kräftig nach oben auf...
Wir erhielten überhaupt keine Informationen zum Frühstück, den Frühstückszeiten, dem WLAN-Passwort im Zimmer...
Ich weiß bis heute nicht, wie das Frühstück eigentlich gedacht war. Wir bestellten einmal etwas von der ausliegenden Preisliste für Essen und Getränke und bekamen dann Sandwich und Kaffee geliefert, dies war dann überraschenderweise inkludiert. Nur das Wasser mussten wir zahlen.
Die übrigen Tage sind wir immer außerhalb des Hotels frühstücken und essen gegangen.
Hier werde ich definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

Worst stay with double payment at booking.com and hotel premises
Pros:

No clean and very worst staff

Cons:

Room charges was paid but even after paying it was not reflecting in their server waiting for 2 hours and the reception guy was very arrogant to say that they don’t want to give the room even after paid at hotel

It was a worst experience.

Facilities totally bakwas. No food is available in the Hotel. They took money for breakfast but bekar breakfast was provided. Staff is bad they don’t listen the requests.

Pros:

Never stayed because OYO is a Fraid company

Cons:

Everything. As i was not allowed to check. OYO confirmed the booking but didnt allocate room saying they are sold out.
