1. Parking facility.
2. Room cleanliness.
3. Basic things were missing in the room.
4. The room was not ready when we checked in. On time shifted in another room. We checked in late but the room was still not ready.
5. Provision for 3rd person was not available. We have to adjust to 2 person beds.

Pros:

It an amazing budget hotel, gives you more than most luxury resorts in Vadodara.

Cons:

My only issue of concern was that there were no windows in my room, the was not working when I checked in and I felt it's a very unsafe building in an event of fire.

at the time of check out front desk staff charged me extra, after i paid he gave me the bill and then i told him that he had charged me extra. he changed the bill and told me that he will refund it same day but when i checked after two three days i didnt got refund when i called hotel to check his front desk manager Mr.Rakesh chauhan sid that it will take 7 to 8 working days first he told me to whats app him and then he said mail to finance and it will take 7 to 14 days.
