Cons:

Not value for money. Room locks not working, AC and lights not working. Sofa bed is broken and not comfortable at all. Overall not worth the money spent.

Pros:

Our room was changed and upgraded after we brought forward the pathetic condition of the cottage we had been given.

Cons:

Pathetically maintained cottages. The room was infested with mosquitos and the linen was soiled and dirty

Value for money, excellent service of hotel staff and wonderful location of hotel.

Decent sized rooms, great location. Use of small but clean swimming pool at adjacent main hotel building

Nothing in particular. Outdoor restaurant menu limited, another in the main block better.

A pleasant stay overall

Staff was polite & friendly

Cons:

When we arrived were told that the prior customer has not checked out and we would have to wait. When checking in we made payment when I asked for a receipt was told that we would get it at the time of checkout I got a receipt for just the food we ate. Also I was charged for a meal that I paid for! I am disabled which I informed yr office when booking. We were given the furtherest room #516
