Rooms are falsely advertised. They are not suites but apartments with shared living room and kitchen

Rooms were falsely advertised. They are apartments instead of hotel rooms. We had booked 3 suites which do not exist. Moreover the living room and kitchen are shared between two rooms which was never mentioned neither in the description nor shown in photos. We had booked 3 suites, but got 2 rooms together with a common living room and kitchen. The 3rd room was separate and the living room and kitchen for that room was shared with another family. When we pointed this out to the reception, they were not ready to accept their mistake and blamed everything on booking.com. The cleanliness was not up to the mark either. Toilet paper was missing, there was dust on the tv screens and marks all over the mirror.

Money minded hotel fooling families with sons pictures and description
Pros:

We booked a room based on decription which me tioned a family suite with private sofa bed and kitchen and balcony .

Cons:

They cheated us giving a room in a 2 bedroom apartment and shared living area. We paid the money for private family suite ended up staying in shared place

The management of the hotel cheated us. Will never recommend this to any of my friends and family

Worst service. Booked 3 rooms for 3 families and based on their confirmation, we have travelled all the way from Kerala to Mysore. After reaching the location at night 8pm they told that only two rooms are available which made our trip to Mysore terrible.

Very decent standard. Slightly pricey.
Pros:

There was no breakfast availability although there is a restaurant attached.
