Good spot but needs improvement in cleanliness.
Pros:

Lokasi nyaman, dekat dengan waduk Jatiluhur. Ke tempat belanja hanya beberapa menit driving. Sarapan standard dikelasnya. Suasana tenang, good for resting.

Cons:

Kebersihan toilet sangat buruk, banyak noda2 kuning kecoklatan di toilet bowlnya. Linen sudah tua dan ada yg berlubang, serta bernoda disana sini.

Hotel needs to renovate urgently.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.
Food was okay and the cafe latte good.
Security was good and helpful with my bicycle during the trip.

Cons:

Bathroom and toilet area was a total mess on arrival. Dampness in 3 of the 4 corners of the room. AC noisy and staining the wall. Broken bedroom furniture fitments. Why was this room offered in such a condition. Housekeeping did their best to tidy and clean it up.
Shower head was filthy!!

We wouldn't recommend everybody staying in there until a significant room repair and maintenance.
Pros:

I like the staff, they were very efficient and very friendly.

Cons:

1. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is broken in all rooms. We have to ask many times to get the fan repaired and replace, which they took from another room on the 5th day, we were there.

2. AC was always leaking water from the drain onto the floor. (Both rooms)

3. The cats, walking on the food tables and stolen food, are very unhygienic.

4. Bathroom and rooms dirty, many hairs in the drain and on the floor when we were get there..

5. There is no smoking and non smoking area in the dining room.

6. The lift was broken many times.

7. Found the coffee cups still dirty, having lipstick stains around the rim of the cups..

8. The bathroom corner soap shelves in both rooms are loose and couldn't hold the bottles and soap (photo)

12. Generally, the whole facility was very stained of mould and unmaintained, which shows us you don't care about the buildings.

13. We returned to stay 1 night, and the price was excessive, so we left and stayed in another hotel which had better conditions and cheaper prices.
