Decoration was good and location was good.
Service from reception was not great at all. Any request to the reception wasn’t full filled. The attitude was very rude and cold. A male receptionist was very rude. They didn’t even give basic things like refilling soaps. Also our two rooms were away from each other when requested to move closer the behaviour was rude. And the size of the hotel wasn’t at all close to what it appears in the picture.
The staff was very rude and unprofessional
We told them to clean the rooms in the morning and when we returned at night about room was the same.

Had an amazing stay in Jaipur! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had a lovely ambience. The rooms were well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and everything was handled perfectly from check-in to check-out.
The location was also convenient for exploring Jaipur and visiting the city’s major attractions. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely romantic ambience perfect for couples. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the hospitality was excellent.
We also really appreciated the city tour facility arranged by the hotel. It made exploring Jaipur’s beautiful attractions so convenient and comfortable. The entire experience was well-organized and made our trip even more enjoyable.
