Most amazing staff ever!

I had a wonderful stay at Abode Bombay! As a solo traveller arriving tired after a long journey, I really appreciated being able to leave my bags and check in early. The team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I was even given a room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was great, and the staff were amazing throughout my stay. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. It’s these little touches and genuine hospitality that make a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The location was fabulous and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. A few examples of their "above and beyond" service: I checked out at noon but my flight home wasn't until 4am the following day, and the hotel not only stored my luggage but let me take a shower in their spa room late at night before I left for the airport! This was so helpful and made my long flight home infinitely more comfortable! Also I asked for washing powder so I could hand-wash some of my clothes, and the manager sent out one of his staff to buy it for me. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, with items made to order. The hotel arranged for taxis to and from the airport, as well as a personalized food tour (they have several options and this one was delicious! Good thing I'd skipped lunch that day to make space for my multi-course dinner). The decor is stylish and retro. I enjoyed chatting with fellow guests over breakfast.

La struttura è incantevole, sembra di stare in un altra epoca ed è talmente bella che non ti va di uscire. Lo staff molto gentile e una colazione con tanto di spiegazione.si possono fare tour guidati la posizione è perfetta sia per la visita della città che per le grotte di elephanta.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt ein kleines Café von Subko in der Lobby mit sehr gutem Cappuccino.

It was a nice, cosy and welcoming place - like a homestay with an informal ambience. I also liked the dogs and the cats in the building, mostly sleeping outside the Heads Up for Tails shop located on the ground floor.
The shower, AC and the bed were all very good/comfortable.
Very convenient location for me in Colaba.

In an era of abundant choices, where food is often taken for granted and waste can become almost effortless, I really appreciated how thoughtfully the breakfast menu was curated. It offered just enough variety, with well-considered portions that encouraged mindful consumption without compromising on quality. Every item felt freshly prepared and beautifully simple. The jams and marmalade were particularly delightful, with the natural flavours and texture of the fruits coming through so clearly, without being overpowered by sugar. Overall, the quality of the food was excellent, and the provisions in the room felt equally authentic, thoughtfully chosen, and impeccably maintained. It was refreshing to experience such care and sincerity in the little details.
