Pros:

The ethics of Abode and Subko. They put thought into every detail to make it a memorable and sustainable experience. It's in a perfect location and has everything you could need. Very beautiful. Delicious breakfast and coffee.

Brief, but we enjoyed it
Pros:

Fantastic location with very friendly staff. Close to great bars and restaurants and local sites. Right in the heart of the old city. We loved it here

Not your average hotel – stylish, central, super friendly, and with a breakfast worth waking up for.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The design and overall style are truly unique and very tasteful – it’s definitely something special and not a typical hotel experience.

The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The breakfast was excellent and quite unique, with a great selection of high-quality and creative options. It was a great way to start the day.

Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money. We would definitely book it again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with character and a special atmosphere.

Nice lobby but broken AC and strange vibe from the lack of windows
Pros:

Quite nicely designed, especially the reception / breakfast area. 10/10 for that aspect / area. Our air conditioning broke and they weren’t able to fix it, instead they just moved our bed a little so that it wouldn’t drip on us. This was quite bad I felt. Also, being entirely windowless is rather strange. Staff were very nice!

Cons:

Broken air conditioning, didn’t give us a new room or compensate us for the huge inconvenience.

What a disappointing stat
Pros:

Cons:

Simple Rooms on second floor were extremely claustrophobic. They run at almost 100$ a night and I found them loud (unsealed open windows in some), run down, smelly and in desperate need of repairs and upgrades.

Also worst of all the beds were insanely bad with the wire springs being felt in all 3 rooms I was shown.

I would try Suba Palace for similar rate or Gordon House around the corner.

Enjoyed my stay greatly
Pros:

Casual relaxed vibe. Friendly polite and professional staff. Nice dining and lounge area. Location is perfect next to waterfront.

Cons:

Can be noisy from outside traffic. Shared toilet and low ceilings. Hotel very transparent about this in advance.

Pros:

Fabulous building and location. The lobby area is place you can stay all day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable and easy. I really enjoyed the overall feel of the place, it is certainly a gem.

Cons:

The basic rooms are quite small and there is some noise outside.

Great location, excellent staff, will visit again.

I loved the location of the property. It was right in the heart of Colaba, extremely convenient. I loved the aesthetic of the place, very nice. Above everything the staff was extremely hospitable and welcoming. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again next time I'm there.

Origineel en leuk hotel in Colaba.
Pros:

De stijl, een oud koloniaal huis dat op een leuke manier is ingericht. Gelegen in het hart van Colaba in Mumbai

Cons:

Mijn kamer was klein maar goed doordacht. Wel ligt het net aan de lounge waar mensen kunnen werken, eten en ontbijten. Net naast het minikeukentje. Je kan alles horen. Gelukkig overstemde het geluid van de airco de meeste stemmen.
