Pros:

1 nuit aurait été largement suffisant. Pratique pour le mont Bromo mais rien d’autre

Cons:

Le resto. Aucun service. À part la gentillesse du personnel. Tout est très très moyen

Prima hotel voor een nacht
Pros:

Perfecte locatie voor een bezichtiging van de Bromo vulkaan. Daar moet je het voor boeken. Prima kleine en basic kamers met lekkere douche. We hebben er 5 uur geslapen….

Best prijzig voor de regio.

Perfecte ligging en niet veel anders in de omgeving

Perfecte ligging binnen 45 minuten bij de vulkaan. Jacuzzi bij de kamer.

Very Expensive Rate Hotel
Pros:

The location is strategic.

Cons:

The standart room have no view. We got the rooms with a wall view (room 418 and 419). It’s very bad. And then we paid more and up grade the rooms. The room rate very expensive, not worthed.

once is enough. wont go back or recommend this hotel.

just because there’s very limited options of hotel in the area, we had to stay here.

Cons:

we were the only few people staying there that wasn’t part of big group. the hotel was fully booked and to our surprise we couldn’t even get to eat at the restaurant for dinner bcos of the big group. we couldn’t eat buffet breakfast as stated too because of the same reason. the night before that same big group was singing and partying so loudly it woke my whole family. staff obviously let that happen cos i had to complain about it first before it ended. in the morning after we came back from our bromo trip, tired and hungry we went up to the restaurant. staff told us there wasn’t any buffet cos it was alr served for that group. we were told to order ala carte, but it was ridiculously strict. we wanted to order one more omelette for my son ( < 3 years old) but was told that we couldn’t order more than 2pax cos apparently they only counted 2 adults and no exception for the kids? it was just an egg? we could’ve had our unlimited breakfast buffet but it felt like it was our fault that we couldn’t eat more? the staff sent more omelette in the end after my complaint. did they seriously expect kids that travel with their parents to not eat? ridiculous.

Great hotel but seriously understaffed
Pros:

Great location price ok, food ok

Cons:

Sadly the management has failed the staff, I felt so bad for the staff, only 3 staff for dinner service and they worked so hard to service everyone. In the end I had get my own drinks as they couldn’t cope. Management if you read this get it sorted before you lose the staff you have.
