Overall good place to stay, clean and comfortable with great view from terrace
Pros:

The rooms were really clean and staff was very cooperative. They provided the rooms we requested for and we were happy staying here. I will recommend this place. The view is great from terrace if not from the rooms.

Cons:

The hotel is located in the mall road where commercial vehicle can not enter before 10 PM and then they have to pay 200 rupees per vehicle to enter which was not what I expected. I asked the hotel if they have a vehicle for us to pick us up from the Library chowk but they said they dont have that service so it was extra cost for us with 12 family members to travel back and fourth and pay for our taxis.

The helping staff was overall nice except the one main guy.
Pros:

Only the location is nice, also the approach is via mall road so if you are travelling by car you can only drive through mall road after 10pm.

Cons:

The property is not maintained. There was smell in the bathroom. Not worth the money at all.
