Pros:

What we liked:
• Warm, attentive staff who made the stay feel easy, including a late checkout till 2 pm
• Excellent location with walking access to MG Road
• Very spacious rooms with Tibetan motifs and beautiful mountain views
• Enclosed balcony with tall French windows, our favourite spot
• Prints of Nicholas Roerich’s Himalayan paintings on the walls
• Generous breakfast spread served at the table: toast, ghugni with parathas, pancakes, onion pakodas, and great tea
• Thoughtful gesture from the waiter who offered to hold our baby while we ate
• Comfortable beds and consistent hot water
• Simple, well-considered amenities that suit the property

Pros:

Manager was very helpful after initial misunderstanding about deposit bank transfer. He arranged interesting tours for the two days I was staying there. Good central location

Cons:

menu for evening meals was quite limited as was breakfast menu, which was OK for a couple of days but would become boring for longer stays. Sky was completely overcast so no mountain view, but of course that's not the management fault!

Pros:

It is very near to mg marg. The staff are friendly. Property is well maintained. The open space in front of the room is awesome. It gives a feel like home.

Mooiste en behulpzaamste adres in Gangtok
Pros:

Super schoon, vriendelijke en uiterst behulpzame eigenaar. Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad hier. Kamers zijn schoon, bed heerlijk, fijne douche, mooie ruimte. Het is 5 minuten van mg road, wel bergaf/op maar dat is eigenlijk overal.

We didn’t get the booked room. They had provided us the twin bed for a couple. The reason was - Booking.com is like that and they always make customers fool like they did this time.

A very satisfying visit.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Netuk House - perfect location, a stone's throw from the centre, and yet removed from the hustle and bustle; comfortable and clean rooms; wonderful view of the mountains; a terrace sit-out to enjoy the midday sun; very friendly and well trained staff; and outstanding food!

Cons:

Some suggestions for a few small improvements - the water in the shower in Eue cuts out if the other bathroom is in use; several hooks on the wall in the room would be very useful to hang coats, etc.; improved lighting in Eue; toothbrush glass / cup in the bathrooms; bathmat rail in the bathrooms.

Go for it without a doubt.
Pros:

Amazing little boutique house located right above MG Marg, manager was extremely helpful and accomodating, the hotel had beautiful views of the city, especially during sunrise and sunset.

Netuk House a serene getaway you have to experience.
Pros:

Netuk House was such an amazing stay for us. It has the most spectacular views of Mt Kanchenjunga, we just sat on the balcony outside our rooms watching these mountains. The place has this serene homely feel to it. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and comfortable, they also asked us each day if we wanted our rooms cleaned.
Also the chef they have at Netuk House is honestly the BEST we had exceptional food, I recommend their Thali if you stay here you have to experience this delicious food honestly it was incredible!
All the staff are beautiful lovely people who will help as much as they can!
Prasenjit the manager organised absolutely everything for us from permits to taxi's and guides, there was absolutely no issues at all everything ran smoothly. Prasenjit is an absolute asset for Netuk House.
Overall this was the most unforgettable stay, I actually felt sad leaving Netuk House that's how much this place had an impact on us.

An amazing place in Gangtok
Pros:

An amazing place, with clean comfortable rooms and very nice staff. The manager was very nice, helpful and attentive to our needs and we felt good taken care of.
The location was perfect, with short distance to everything you need and want to see in the area.
The kitchen very good, with a nice breakfast buffet and also delicious dinner.

Pros:

The warmest part about this hotel is the manager personally attends each and every guest and pays attention to every detail. The hotel is very neat and clean. The location is not amidst chaos yet just a few minutes walk to MG Marg.
