Sikkimiese style stay, very near to Mall Road
Pros:

Location was good. Very near to mall road. The room was good, clean and comfortable. Dining area and it's outside common area was very beautiful and had good views.

Cons:

Breakfast menu was so so. Could have been better.

Good location, good value.
Pros:

Location is tremendous. Less than 10 mins walk from the market and in the heart of the city.
Staff lead by Mr. Prasenjit were polite and helpful always.
Beautiful property, very well maintained with nice views and multiple sitting areas.
Good value for money at the price.

Cons:

Rooms can get a bit stuffy as there is no fan or air conditioning, pedestal fan was provided on request.

Beautiful experience
Pros:

Great location, very close to MG Road. Beautiful view of Kanchenjunga on clear days. Food was also good. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff very friendly.

Pros:

Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Nur 300 Meter zu MG Marg (leider mit Steigung) Schönes Haus, sehr persönlich geführt, modernes Bad.

Situation idéale pour ue nuit de passage à Gangtok
Pros:

Accueil attentionné dans cette maison traditionnelle, calme malgré sa situation dans le centre de Gangtok .
Le seul petit bémol : pas de restaurant , néanmoins excellent petit-déjeuner.

A great value heritage hotel run by a superb manager
Pros:

This was my treat comfort hotel after 2+ weeks staying at modest home stays throughout Sikkim. It turned out to be a perfect treat and excellent value. Manager Prasenjit Laha was extremely attentive to all my requests and small needs as a single older female traveler. The location was also excellent. I warmly recommend the property.

Only the location is okay, because its walkable from MG road

Cons:

Management's attitude, I think it was specifically bad for Indians. There was no hair dryer or heater provided (500rs extra for one night was the charge for room heater)
No one answers the reception phone, least bothered to even give water bottles in room when asked for.
Breakfast was quite average, for that high tariff, at least Breakfast should have good options. When we asked for omelet, they said it will be chargeable, though our breakfast was included with our room booking.
Also, this is definitely not the standard in gangtok, I stayed in two other properties also in gangtok, and it was cheaper and experience was way better.
Avoid this place if you can.
