No estuvimos alojados en ese hotel porque ustedes dieron por buena la reserva y no había habitaciones disponibles. Suerte q nos llamaron del hotel avisando de SU RESERVA. Tuvimos muchos problemas para encontrar alojamiento.

A beautifully renovated haveli that gives you the feeling of a luxury hotel, but with a much more intimate and personal touch. The décor is distinctly Indian and Rajasthani, with a curious mix of colors that somehow works perfectly and creates a really pleasant atmosphere.
It was quite cold during my stay, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive they immediately provided a heater, which was more than enough and made me very comfortable. The staff overall is genuinely friendly and welcoming.

It has a great location, walkable to Amer Fort, Panna Meena ka Kund and Anokhi Museum. One of our rooms offered a view of the fort. The service is excellent. They served the meals on time, according to our needs, food was delicious (especially the papad mangodi sabzi). The rooms were a uniquely decorated, comfortable and had amazing shower.

Comfortable room with western-style bathroom (water pressure in the shower is absolutely lovely). The hotel restaurant offers a variety of Indian and Western-style options (sandwiches, pasta, grilled chicken…). They also serve western-style breakfast (freshly made omelette, fruit, toasts…). We could pay both the hotel and the restaurant meal by card (although we had to insist on paying by card the meal since the quantity was “too small” according to the receptionist). The hotel staff was extremely helpful talking to our Uber driver on the phone to arrange pick-up since the traffic on the main road by the hotel was completely blocked. The hotel is conveniently located 5-10 min walk to the Amer Fort for an early morning visit when the fort is less busy.
If you are claustrophobic, this hotel is maybe not for you - the room windows are small (some rooms don’t have windows) and the walls are fully covered with bright-coloured wall paper, giving a feeling of “small space”. Also, we ordered pasta for dinner and got sick overnight - not completely sure it was directly linked since we had already been travelling in India for 1 week but worth mentioning!
Rooms were clean, location is good and right next to the Amber Fort. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was great
The staff member behind the front desk was quite rude when we arrived. Very curt and no smile to welcome us and very unhelpful when we asked about cash for our driver given the cash machine at the end of the road didnt work.
The staff also pushed us to pay in cash (20,000 rs. / c. £180) when we checked out. Luckily they were able to source another card machine but given the issue we had with the local atm, the struggles across india with atms (most only allowed me to withdraw 5,000 rs at a time) and the fact they had my card on file i found this baffling.
The decor is a bit overwhelming and thr bottom and first floor lack natural light
Really nice hotel well decorated as the maharajas palaces. The team working in the hotel is really friendly and helped us a lot. It is at a walking distance to the Amber Fort, which allows to visit the great palace easily and see it illuminated at night.
It is far from the pink city center, but they are transparent about this. Make sure to go from/to Jaipur center by taxi or a proper vehicle (not tuk tuk)
Hôtel magnifique, très bien placé avec un personnel très sympathique et serviable. Super vue sur toute la ville et les murailles depuis le rooftop. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient très bon.
Matelas et oreillers un peu trop fermes pour moi. Le wifi passe difficilement dans la chambre à cause de l'épaisseur des murs mais il fonctionne vraiment très bien dans les parties communes.
The staff were so attentive and flexible around our needs, we felt very well looked after during our stay. The room was very, very comfortable with a lovely view over the rooftops towards the fort, and the location was fantastic - just a few minutes walk to Amber Palace, the stepwell, and good restaurant options locally.
