The view from the room is so beautiful, it was the highlight of our stay. The property is clean, the staff were also very friendly. We also liked the breakfast, everyday it’s different and seems fresh

View from the hotel room (balcony) was great. Staff assisted us in booking tours/taxis etc.
Photos on Booking.com are completely misleading regarding the hotel's location. It is not isolated and surrounded by countryside as shown in the (clearly photoshopped) pictures. Instead, it is next to the road and surrounded by other buildings, including ones still under construction.
The hotel could not accept card payments for settling the bill, due to the card machine not working. This was a nightmare as local ATMs are not internationally connected, so we wasted half a day trying to get cash and it caused us a lot of stress.
Except the view from balcony nothing is good about this stay
Wrong information provided by Booking.com .It is not a resort, do not have dedicated restaurant and situated at palace where it is difficult to get transport.
At night bug comes inside.
The breakfast provided is not tasty and do not have variety and choice.

the service of the staff was exemplarary, especially that ot Mr Roy. He was helpful and cooperative and that gives an additional mark to the resort and would certainly recommend this resort to others

The location of this hotel is further from town, which is quiet and peaceful. Rooms are big and clean with a balcony. Near to the booking office for safari jeep. Chill and calm. Enjoyed 3 nights stay. Breakfast was superb.
