庭がきれいで南の植物がたくさんあり手入れも良くできていた。
スタッフはフレンドリーでよかった。

部屋の扉がスムースに開閉できなくて、オリエンテーションも
なく大変苦労した。なんとかなったのでそのままにし、翌日スタッフへ聞き分かったが、それでも建付けが悪く苦労した。また、バスタブは栓の締め方が通常通りではなかったので、結局使用しなかった。グループ全員で同時期入浴するとお湯がででなく苦労した。友人との調整で可能になった。部屋はきれいに清掃されていたが，ありが出てきて殺虫剤の臭いが充満、死骸もあった。

Staff made this place feel like a comforting environment where we were welcomed throughout our stay.
Pros:

When we arrived at Ubad Retreat, we immediately felt welcomed. The staff were all so kind and lovely. The pools were so calm and peaceful, surrounded by plants and trees that made for a very lovely relax by the pool. Breakfast was included and there were 6 options to choose at breakfast, which I felt was very good considering it was free and included in the stay. The banana pancakes were great! They have a laundry service which was very quick and easy and allows you to carry on with your day without worrying.
