The location was perfect and live. Near beach.

Прекрасная локация. Все рядом, ты в центре жизни и при этом входишь в отель и ощущение уединенности. . Отличный номер с садом, бассейн на крыше с видом на море. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, Френдли персонал. Все всегда очень чисто, приветливо.

The position of the hotel is great. being near Candolim beach road.The room was fine and the rooftop pool was ideal .Food was good T breakfast and around the pool Shady area on top made it ideal for eating any meals .Second time we have been this season

Fantastic 2nd stay at this hotel and we will be going back next year
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well maintained with welcoming staff and is in a fantastic location to visit the beach or the local restaurants and bars. The hotel also benefits from a rooftop infinity pool which we spent a lot of time in cooling down in the afternoon and watching the sunset. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.The hotel has a bar and restaurant which didn’t disappoint either providing local, Indian, and English dishes with entertainment on the weekends.

Basics good but could be improved and updated.
Pros:

Ideal position for Candolim Beach. Pool was lovely. Staff were helpful. Food was good.

Cons:

Plaster blowing off wall in bedroom. Balcony furniture old and rickety. Fans in bedroom and bathroom filthy. Lack of storage. Bedding too small for bed! You could see the sea from Seaview room but distant! Overlooked a carpark and electricity substation!

Hospitality That Actually Shows Up 😄
Pros:

Absolutely loved the hospitality from both the staff and the owner. They took the time to explain every feature of the room so well that even the light switches felt appreciated. The staff were genuinely helpful and—refreshingly—available round the clock, which makes a huge difference.
The location is a big win: just a 3-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby (though you may not need them). The property has its own bar and restaurant with daily offers, making it quite easy to cancel outside dinner plans without regret. The food at the hotel was good and consistently satisfying.
A special mention to the Wi-Fi—each room has its own router, so the internet actually works and meets expectations (a rare luxury these days). Private parking is available, which removes the usual travel stress, and the pool and lounge area are a perfect bonus for relaxing after a beach day.
Overall, a very convincing and comfortable stay with great hospitality, good food, reliable Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities. Would happily return—and recommend.

Супер отель.
Pros:

Отличный отель, персонал видно что старается, уборшицы убирались каждый день и не просто для галочки, а прям хорошо убирались, все смесители и зеркала блестели. Номер был 009, отличный балкон с двумя креслами и столом, на балконе сушилка для белья. В номере все работает, телевизор с ютуб и флешку можно вставить. Так же у отеля отличное расположение, 2 минуты и на торговой улице, 5 минут и на море, в лево пройти и шейки с бесплатными лежаками. Если подняться по улице до дороги с права большой магазин, все что надо по фиксированной цене, но сувенирка у них дороже чем на рынке. В целом считаю отель идеальным, хоть и в гуше событий, но в номере тихо. Под окнами пальмы, когосы, бурундуки.

Wonderful and memorable vacation with good food, great music and excellent service.
Pros:

Location is good with parking available , the live performances every evening were wonderful accompanied by good food and service.

Cons:

Some indoor games would have been nice to keep the children engaged..
