My room booked with breakfast but hotels staff is saying that breakfast not including.

FabHotel ka decor modern tha, aur room cozy feel deta hai. Staff ne extra pillow turant provide kiya, good service. Bathroom thoda compact tha, but manageable. Overall, a good and affordable stay.

Horrible Breakfast served in the Room after reminders. Rock hard idly, no choice .

Pros:

1. The condition of our room was pathetic. I have pictures if needed.
2. We were informed by FabHotels that the room service is 24x7. When we reached the hotel, we were told it was not.
3. We checked in after midnight. Still we were hassled for check-out. I do understand that there is a check-in and check-out cycle that the hotels have to follow but this was crazy.
We were even ready to pay late check-out charge but we were quoted an absurd amount that was more than half the room charge just for a few hours. And then finally some random guy on the floor quoted us ₹500 for 2 hours. We paid that and still checked out 30 mins before time cause they were driving us crazy.
4. The late check-out invoice was not provided. When asked, I was asked to state my name. Weird. And then I was given an invoice which had no mention of GST. Red flag.

Never going back.
