Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Very badly maintained facility. Lenin was very old and for a hotel had already crossed life for usage. Room was not at all like those shown in photos. Room has mosquitos 🦟

The room was untidy and the bedsheets, towels were having stains. It was clearly visible that these have not been washed properly in a long time.

Cons:

A filthy place - not worth being part of FabHotels. Everything in this Hotel was dirty, the linen, the bathroom, the surroundings. Breakfast was served in an adjacent Hotel, which was again an eyewash and unpalatable. Staff looked so untidy and lacked basic courtesy. Didn't get a comfortable feel as we walked in to checkin.
