The property is situted on the highway, so the ease of commute and connectivity is great
Pros:

The location of the property is on the main road, its easy to get to the dhanushkodi and the highway connectivity is good
Used to be maintained well
Staff were polite

Cons:

The room had too many pest (cockroach's)
It was a mess
The AC wasn't working and they promptly came up and and changed the filter
The fittings in the bathroom had salt water scales they were not clean

Great Location for travelers on Madurai-Rameswaram Hwy.
Close to good veg and non-veg restaurants
Parking space available
Moderate facilities available for driver.
Small hotel with probably around 7 rooms.
Staff was available 24/7 to assist for issues.
Staff were kind and flexible with check in and check out timings.

Cons:

Since the Hotel is on the Highway my family was concerned about safety. They had only a glass door with no security, just the staff members were sleeping at the reception.
The water stopped early in the morning, we presume the overhead tank got empty, which delayed us for 15-20 min. One of the staff member didn't know the issue, instead of fixing the issue turned off the main value which we pointed out.
The rooms adjacent to the lift have very small bathrooms. It was little uncomfortable for us to use it.

Kifa stay is pleasant stay for families.
Pros:

Any time check in after 12 noon and checkout before 12 noon next day is allowed. Payment at the hotel after check in. Correct and happy stay with families. Thanking you for your valuable service! Namaste 🙏 🙌

Cons:

Free breakfast only dosai was served for all. Usually idly, vadai or Pongal and coffee. But they hired from nesr by hotel. Hot water only in the morning available, that can be available at 24 by 7 is better for ant time checking or checkout.God's Blessings 🙌 😀 🙏

A lot of things that there was no cold water to drink, no facility of tea or coffee in the room , really small washroom. No soap in the washroom

Pros:

Near to road, easy to find. I can leave my motorbike near. After change I get room with window and good signal of internet.

Cons:

The furniture in the room is old, the used bedding is torn in places, the bathroom is in poor condition and needs repair. after paying 2000 rupees per night for this room, in my years of traveling around India, I realized that this is one of the worst value for money options.
