The rooms were not clea. They charged for water bottle which usually should be provided by hotel. There was no hot water. The guests were making noise whole night which no one objected

Cleanliness was not good. There was constant noise of people moving outside our room throughout the night.

Just terrible, broken stuff, mice... I can't believe this is a 3-star, it shouldn't even be open. If you need a cheap place to spend the night near the airport, you might consider it, but I doubt you'll be back.
Very co operative staff. Right from booking till check out. Ideal for a sleepover if you have to catch a flight from Mumbai airport.They will arrange a wake up call for you as per your flight time, just let them know beforehand , as well as arrange for rickshaw to drop off till your terminal.Location- Extremely close to the Marol Naka metro station. Magnolia restaurant is just next door, very tasty food. 24 hours open pharmacy next door. This place is value for money as far as my experience goes!
The air conditioning makes some noise, which some people might find troublesome. But for me it didn't matter because anyways I had to wake up at 3 am!
