An exceptionally relaxing stay.
Pros:

Everything. So quiet, amazing staff and facilities. The massages were fantastic. I stayed in the villa with a private pool and didn't want to leave. 10/10

Pros:

Le personnel était très attentionné et sympa, l'emplacement est bien situé à Ubud, le cadre était magnifique surtout à ce prix là.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas assez copieux, enfin pour ceux qui se remplissent bien la ventre de bon matin.

Garden is great, the room very bad.
Pros:

The garden was beautiful and comfortable. Two pools which was nice to have in a city without a beach.

Cons:

We got the worst room. We saw other rooms and they were great. But ours was old, looked dirty, the electricity kept dissapearing, the bed was very uncomfotable, springy and squiky, the sheets were with stains (clean but old), not enough space to put your stuff, i was scared to walk barefoot, it smelled bad. If you go, definitely go for a better room.

Excellent place to fully enjoy
Pros:

Everything is amazing - the environment, the room, and the service. Especially considering the price we paid, it’s more than worth the stay.

Cons:

It would be a sin to mention any negative aspects. Maybe just a few less‑considerate guests from Europe, but that’s not a downside of the hotel itself.

Pros:

Ma chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos, j'étais au dessus de la réception, à l'entrée de l'hôtel, pas du tout autour de la piscine comme on peut voir sur les photos. Cependant la chambre était très bien , grande et propre, un peu sombre.
La salle de bain était immense et propre, il y avait de l'eau chaude.
Ce n'était pas du tout calme car quand j'y étais il y avait des travaux toute la journée sur le toit de l'hôtel

Cons:

Loin du centre, c'est bien pour quelques jours mais il y a très peu de restaurants autour.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'a pas beaucoup de choix

Good and calm place to stay close to Tegenungan Watefalls
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Seems like a calm place to stay in the proximity of Tegenungan waterfall (and specially Krishna Ole Ole for cheap souvenirs), but a bit distant from central Ubud area (around with 45min Grab / Gojek drive for 60k-70k IDR)
I only stayed for a short time, so I could only try one of the suggested day trips with a driver. The driver was ok, but beware that any activity he brings you to has an extra cost, ask for details about each activity before booking, so you can properly adjust / negociate with his partners, the ATV 4 wheel in the marshes was particularly expensive.

Breakfast is served every morning, which was pretty decent with fruits and indonesian fried noodles + coffee.

I tried the coffee restaurant near the venue, it's cheap but look for reviews on google, since some dishes were good but others had ingredients turning bad or not reap (like the avocado smoothy)

Cons:

Overall my stay was good, but still without a car or long distance Grab/Gojek, it's not as easily accessible from central areas, and apart from the watefalls, there's not much to do.

There's a watefall very close to the venue, but I saw bad reviews about it since the entry fee might not be worth and when I was there construction was going on nearby. Tegenungan seems like a much better experience for a bit more and a 10min Gojek drive.

The costs for the activities in the suggested day trip (actually more like having a private driver to bring you to those places) are not included and some might be surprisingly expensive. Always ask full extra costs before booking.
