Around the hotel

Cons:

The accommodation was old and did not match the description. There was no hot water and several amenities mentioned in the booking were missing.
On top of that, the owner asked us to pay for a door handle that was already broken when we arrived, claiming that we should have informed her. We refused because we were obviously not responsible for the damage.
After that, she sent us messages calling us liars, which is completely unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Marvelous location, cheap and comfy. Would go again!

The location and staff. Turtles off the out the resturant comfy, had every th ing I needed and nothing I didn’t.

Cons:

I have to be honest - there was an issue with bed bug bites but they moved me to another room immediately and no further issues. An inconvenience, can happen anywhere. I have heard of five star hotels having a similar issue. They were kind about it and addressed the problem not their fault, can happen anywhere. Would go back again.

Pros:

The room was in bad shape and in dire need of repair and/or remodel. The whole floor creaked and the walls and floor shook when walking. The staff were great and pool was nice. Bed was comfortable

Overall cheap and comfortable
Pros:

Good value for money and good location.

Cons:

The staff was a bit slow.
There was no room cleaning over the 5 days and no soap or shampoo available.
The food was passable.

Pros:

The location and the compound within the bungalow area

Cons:

Every inlet water is salt water. The refillable drinking water by the reception/restaurant is also salty. Bungalow no 5 has the roof beam cracked in which questions it's safety. Aircond wasn't cooling. Room was too dim and dark.A broken tile by the entrance which could have easily scraped and cut the leg for a deep wound

Gili Airin ihastuttavalla saarella miellyttävä ja rauhallisen seesteinen merenrantatunnelma.
Pros:

Siisti kohde aivan meren rannan tuntumassa omalla uima-altaalla. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Bungalow-mökissä hyvä kylpyhuone ja hyvä ilmastointi.

Cons:

Ohutseinäinen mökki ei luonnollisesti peitä ympäristön ääniä, mutta kuuluu asiaan.
