What a great place
Pros:

I really love Gita Gili because it was spacious, the staff were super friendly, you can snorkel to the doorstep and from the doorstep. And the location is a great - almost midpoint between North and South. I just had the best time and Gili Air is one spectacular place.

Great location, lovely staff
Pros:

Position is excellent. Plenty of restaurants and snorkel and bike hire nearby. Staff here are really lovely and helpful - Ali, Lena, Miriam.

Cons:

Not enough hooks, towel rails or shelf in the shower.
Breakfast is pretty basic.

Super emplacement et super équipe !
Pros:

Équipe incroyable ! Un grand merci particulier à Ali et Lena qui ont été adorables et me laisseront un magnifique souvenir de Gili Air !
L'emplacement est parfait, directement au Turtle Point, de quoi en prendre plein la vue tous les jours en snorkelling ! (Coraux, poissons, tortues) La vue du petit-déjeuner est paradisiaque !

Cons:

Pour le rapport qualité-prix, je me serais attendue à une salle de bain avec de l'eau chaude et des produits (gel douche, shampoing, mouchoirs..) ce qu'il n'y avait pas et l'évier fuyait en permanence donc ce n'était pas agréable au quotidien. Aussi, je n'ai malheureusement jamais pu bien dormir à cause du bruit extérieur (bars et restaurants environnants). Le petit-déjeuner était un peu trop léger également.

Good but without internet
Pros:

The property is really nice and clean, the room is nice as well. The hosts are very polite and sweet. Specially the man who works there went an extra mile to make mw feel comfortable

Cons:

No wifi in room 10, miscommunication about a bike rental but that wasnt the propertys fault.

The guy with blonde hair was asking me a tip for dropping my bag ? I felt it was included in part of the service. I would like to tip the host there but this blonde guy wasnt very friendly and had a serious face

Pros:

The location was great, not too long to walk from the harbour and close to restaurants, dive shops and very close to turtle point for excellent snorkelling.
A lovely pool and the room was nice with a large bed.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom had a glass panel which reduced the privacy. There is a curtain in front of it but it affects the opening and closing of the door. Frosted glass or a solid door would be an improvement.

Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien juste à côté de la petite plage aux tortues (et on en a vu sans excursion juste en snork). Piscine très agréable. Lit confortable. Personnel sympa.

Cons:

Un peu de manque de propreté dans la chambre : toiles d’araignées, cuvettes WC très abîmée et noire. Cela nécessiterait un peu de rafraîchissement. Restaurant nous y avons mangé qu’une fois : ne prenez pas les raviolis il y en aura que 5 dans votre assiette pour 55000.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the pool was amazing and the hotel is located in a perfect spot for both snorkeling and shopping. There are plenty of good restaurants around as well. The first day we heard strong noises from the roof and someone came to check right away. They couldn't find anything but in the morning we saw a beautiful colourful huge gecko in the bathroom (which was attached to the bungalow but outside). We love geckos as they eat mosquitoes. There were no rats like other reviews say, it's just geckos.

Lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom outside, but when we told reception they gave us a spray that helped

Vicino al mare, lo staff cortese.

Cons:

La camera era sporca. I mobili brutti. Era evidentemente da ristrutturare. La nostra amica si è rifiutata di entrare perché ha trovato scarafaggi nel bagno e sotto il letto. Io ero esausta per aver patito il traghetto e non c'è la facevo a spostarmi subito. Dopo la prima notte abbiamo cercato altra location. Sul pavimento evidenti tracce di vomito, lavato ma non pulito. Piastrelle sbrecciate, tende bucate da sigarette. Teli sul letto macchiati. Localei fatiscente, guidate le foto per capire lo schifo. Zoomare le piastrelle per vedere gocce si materia sconosciuta.

Pros:

Gentillesse et hospitalité du personnel
La piscine est magnifique, l'établissement dispose d'un bar et d'un resto aux abords de la mer. C'est un cadre idyllique.

Cons:

Bien que les standards en termes de nettoyage ne soient pas les mêmes entre l'Europe et l'Asie je trouve que là ils auraient à s'améliorer. La salle de bain n'était pas propre. Des excréments d'animaux (rongeurs probablement) ont été retrouvés à côté du lavabo + sol pas nettoyé traces de chaussures d'anciens clients. Je ne fais jamais ça mais j'en ai profité pour regarder le matelas vu que le ménage était médiocre et ce dernier comprenait de nombreuses tâches de sang anciennes. Je pense qu'ils auraient tout à gagner à s'améliorer sur ce point car le logement a de très gros points forts (personnel sympathique, emplacement sur l'île, aménagements etc).

Hygiène déplorable
Cons:

A fuir! L’emplacement est certe jolie mais l’île est petite vous pouvez vous déplacer facilement. Le bungalow que j’ai reçu était sal et dans un état déplorable ! c’est de loin le pire hôtel que j’ai fait en indonésie et pourtant pas le moins cher! j’ai demandé un remboursement qui a heureusement été accepté et je suis repartie aussitôt
De plus ils louent les vélo 80k par jour et 250k pour les scooter alors que deux pas à côté c’est 100k par jour pour les scooters…
