Wifi was not working, the staff tried to fix it and provide me with a Geo portable device. Even that was not working properly.
Bath room door is cracking a little bit, furniture everywhere, which makes moving around difficult within the room
Location is good and convenient for Ernakulam
Shower and bath can be made better.
The reception staff are very courteous and helpful.
The housekeeping is excellent. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly well daily.
The restaurant serves good and tasty food with courteous staff.

Ambience, staff behaviour, room space
Parking space is limited. Soap stand is seen damaged. Hand wash liquid is not provided. Plug points are loose and do not support power flow. Carry a power bank, lest your mobile battery will be drained. Water spills over from wash basin area to the room. Value 50% of money.
Staff is very good specially the front office and the room service staffs
Was allocated in a room where there the TV was nor working was shifted to another room where faced the similar issue.
The pool was under maintenance and the jacuzzi which I expect was there was not present

Cleanliness
Comfortable. Welcoming staff. Pristine surrounding inside. Hotel is presented very well.
Room was spacious and having a bath tub with hot water was a luxury. Room service could not be faulted. Anything we phoned down for arrived to us within the time stated. Not much breakfast choice but staff did what they could to accommodate any request.
All in all a very comfortable and memorable stay.
