Two drivers from the hotel in Nuh — the hotel manager and his brother — threatened me during the trip from Nuh to Delhi. At first, everything was fine, but then they demanded an additional $5 for the toll road (which I paid). After that, they claimed I had to pay $180 for crossing a state border (which was a lie). I refused, and they began to exert psychological pressure. For about 40 minutes, I sat with a screwdriver in my hand for self-defense. At night, they stopped under the pretext of a "lost phone" to lure me out of the car. These were scammers trying to intimidate a tourist. The local (and often corrupt) police are unlikely to help, so I advise against booking this hotel. When we arrived, they asked for a tip — I didn’t give them a penny. Unfortunately, India can sometimes be unsafe due to such fraudsters.
Clean and tidy
Parking are can be better managed, as I see lot of empty liquor bottles in car parking are in basement
The breakfast shall include "Continental Items / mix menu and some north Indian dishes", shall serve the guests on demand, servings shall always be hot.
Food is cold including idli, sambar, tea, coffee and other stuff. Water is chargeable. Serving is very poor. Maintenance is very bad, like even after three days - broken door handle is not replaced, provided refrigerator was not working - despite multiple requests & complain - technician didn't show-up, house keeping staff comes after many follow-ups with the receptionist and many other issues like there is no complimentary drink (water, tea, coffee etc - all are chargeable).
Decent room and food was good.
Not great for the money, could have been better for the money paid. No tissues papers in toilet, mini fridge not working and nothing stored, cot was average...room size is not great, no laundry bag, no shower cap, no comb, no face towels, hot water not working..looks like small minor things, but very important ones.

For that location and they’re maintaining is good and they should maintain it.

Keep the cellar Car parking with lanes to park it.so it will be better for visitors to park properlly.
